Later i had more jobs for him he Looked for cost effective solutions. And when the job got complicated he provided pictures and solutions and a good time Frame of when it would be done got my wheel bearing windows motor alternator all done!

Stormy 2020 I had a great experience with Caliber collision on 35 in south Belton. Josh was incredibly detailed when walking me the everything that was going to be fixed and how it would be done. He made sure I understood the whole process and kept me updated every other day with progress reports. My car was actually finished sooner than expected, and when I picked it up, it felt like getting a brand new vehicle back. Josh was there to make sure I was satisfied with it. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. Thank you to Josh and the team for making a stressful situation so much easier. But I finally had to give in and take it to a shop for professional help. His prices were more than fair and he was able to diagnose, order parts, and install parts all within a working day. Aaron Nawrocki Big John’s was recommended to me by the insurance company, and I’m sure glad they did. After a short scan or other reviews, I decided to take my truck to them. I was hit by a drunk driver, so that guys insurance was being used to fix my truck. Of course, insurance companies want to save money and short cut some repairs, but Big John’s wasn’t influenced by their tactics and refused to do it the cheep way, making sure my truck was fixed the right way. When I picked up my truck I was absolutely amazed at the quality of work. The entire drivers side of my truck was damaged, and after they were done you’d never be ablet to tell without looking at the records. Very high quality work and if I ever need body work done again, Big John’s is the only place I’ll take my vehicle. Highly, highly recommended.
