1 /5 Payton: I have been coming here for years and have always gone to M.E.D and have never had an interaction this bad before. On Friday night, I went in expecting to get help. The two women at the check-in desk were extremely nice and helpful. But unfortunately, when I was brought back to see the doctor the nurse who took my vitals CHRISTA was very rude. She was rushing the whole process because I didn’t know the answer to her questions she then and slammed the door hard when as she left the room. I then overheard her bad mouthing me in front all of the other staff and the doctor( Sean) that was about to see me. He wasn’t very much helpful either but then got mad when I was in rush to leave because of how rudely I was treated. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK. I honestly hope that management talks to Christia because she was extremely unprofessional by talking loudly about a patient badly behind closed doors.

1 /5 Goldenrose11: Amazing that the NP John still has a job here after all the complaints. I came here several times after Covid. Im a long hauler who was gaslighted by all of my Drs when I had Covid so I dropped them all. I pick up any and everything now. Came here for bronchitis and a sinus infection. Last visit, John had the audacity to yell at me and tell me I was Dr hopping and they are NOT my Primary care Dr. Dr Hopping??? The sheer audacity. This was the only place I was going to. Last time Ill ever go to this place. The lack of empathy and compassion is astounding. Do better and find better Humans to work there. That Tool John is NOT it.

5 /5 RabbitHat: An amazing experience! I had strep throat last week and the nurse who tested me for strep did an amazing job. Quickest test yet. Out of all the many times I’ve had strep, this was the best experience despite me being sick.

5 /5 Emily Weeks: I have never left a doctor’s office feeling so seen and taken care of. Doctor Blankenau was so compassionate and he took every concern I had into account. Highly recommend for any urgent concerns, everyone was so kind.

5 /5 Deb Lanham: I went to Minor Emergency in Denton about 6 months ago while I was visiting family. I had some health complications, and decided to go to Minor Emergency since it is very close to my familys home. I saw a nurse practitioner, (John, I think?), and he listened and was very compassionate and helped me with my health issues. He even called in a prescription, and the pharmacy was right next door. All of that took only about an hour! I would definitely go back to this place. Bonus....cute gift shop in the pharmacy too. I spent some money there!
