Rasul Ngoma Heath services of North Texas - Denton Medical center 4304 is one of the best medical centers I have been treated. The staff are friendly and attentive to patients needs. Ms Nisha Abrahams, FNP attended to my medical issues with such a compassionate mood. All the referrals, lab tests and prescriptions made me feel cured, Not forgetting all other staff for their professional approach.

Tonya Chapman I have been going to this practice for 22 + years. I have always had great experiences, from the front office to the office manager to the supervisor to the nurses to the NPS to the Doctors. The front office always greets patients with a smile. They get you checked in quickly and any paperwork I need them to print out is done by the end of my visit. The office manager always makes sure to say hi and ask me how I am doing. The supervisor always makes sure she says hi and asks if I have any issues. The nurses are always kind and courteous and very compassionate. They answer your questions and if they donā€™t know the answer they will find it out. The NPā€™S and Doctors are very competent and knowledgeable. They explain things so the patients understand. They talk to you like you are a person not a number. The whole office really cares about their patients and their health. The make me feel like I am family.

TotalCare Emergency Room Denton ER
Katy Magee I visited this ER in January 2025 and it was easily the best experience Ive had when it comes to urgent/emergency care. The facilities were clean. The receptionist was extremely kind and attentive. The nurses and doctors were patient, gentle, and communicated information very well. I was provided with a folder containing all details of my visits and the doctors recommendations that I was able to give to a specialist. This proved to be very helpful. Wait time was no longer than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this ER.

Tena Dale I really loved my experience at HSNT, even though it was my first visit. I wasnā€™t kept waiting a long period of time before I was seen. I feel like the medical staff wants to help me get back to good health rather than just palliative treatments. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Surepoint Emergency Center - Denton
Alexis Vawter Took my boyfriend here when he crashed his dirtbike. Everyone here was great - April at the front desk was very kind, our nurse Brandy was helpful and funny, and Dr. Khan told entertaining stories the entire time he was stitching up my bfā€™s face. Awesome team! Everything was fast and smooth. 10/10 experience :)

Medical City Denton Emergency Room
Carl Malkiewicz My wife was very weak and not talking clearly. She started a new medication, and it appeared that she was having a reaction to the medication or an overdose. I had her transported to Med City Denton by EMS. Arriving she was evaluated immediately, and blood work was taken. Information was provided to the hospital staff. My wife was handled with care & dignity, and I was kept informed of all testing. They recommended she stay overnight for observation and follow up if needed. The staff in the Emergency room and hospital was excellent and if needed, I would return to Med City Denton without hesitation. They are excellent!

Texas Health Family Care - denton
Joshua Gross Front staff is incredibly rude. Had a 7:30 appointment scheduled and they did me ā€œa favorā€ by letting me in 3 minutes early, and then making the snide comment of ā€œWe donā€™t open until 7:30ā€. If you canā€™t open the doors a few minutes early for your first appointment of the day then donā€™t make appointments for that time. A simple, ā€œhave a seat, someone will be with you in a few minutesā€ would have sufficed. Donā€™t expect me to be on time for my appointment and then talked to that way. And because I spoke up and didnā€™t accept to be spoken to that way, I have been asked to leave the practice. Good riddance. What happened to good customer service?

Denton County Animal ER
Delanie Hurst I visited the ER for my 14 yr old dog Sassy, and it ended up being her last day with us. Throughout the whole process, the entire staff were very compassionate and understanding from the front desk to the vets themselves. They treated me and my beloved Sassy with respect and care, even when I was bawling my eyes out and could barely talk. I appreciate everyone at this facility, and will always remember this visit when I had to say goodbye to my best friend. We had her cremated and I just picked up her ashes. It came with a beautiful box and paw print, and itā€™s perfect. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ā¤ļø Delanie and Sassy ā¤ļø

Medical City Denton
Amanda Bacchetta I was there Saturday with my 11 year old daughter and everyone was kind, supportive and spoke to her like an adult. Everyone walked her through everything they were doing and why. I was very pleased with how well everyone communicated and attended to her!!!! This hospital is definitely our new number 1 for emergencies. I never judge an ER by their front desk because those poor people see and hear all kinds of crazy, but the front desk at this ER was very nice and attentive and supportive to the families that followed an ambulance. They also continuously apologized for how long we were there but itā€™s ER and that should be expected because they have to triage and sometimes everyone comes at once.

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Emergency Room - denton
Carlos Dominguez Went to E.R today! My son cut his leg needed 19 stitches. DR. Robert Garrison was amazing! Very professional and super nice! My kid loved him! I was really happy to see someone take care of my son immediately!! Thanks to the staff as well! The RN that assisted him ā€œ canā€™t remember her nameā€ she was super nice and helpful as well! Thank you for your help! If I could I would give it 6 ā­ļøā€¦.
