Marilyn Burgess I recently had to have extensive work done on my 2007 Toyota Camry. I was told up front what needed to be done and even received pictures of what needed to be replaced. I was given the total amount of the service and that was exactly what I was charged. I was told about another problem that was going to eventually need to be repaired. It was my decision to have it fixed at that time at the agreed on price. The customer service that I received from Andrew and all the employees was some of the very best Ive ever experienced! They were completely transparent and up front about what needed to be done and what it would cost. I have recommended this shop to several people and will absolutely bring my car back to them for repair in the future!! As far as Im concerned, Lorentz Automotive is the very best!! Plaid X Had some steering issues so I came here to get some replacement parts installed. These guys are the real deal and the owner is a down to earth guy. I paid a reasonable price for the installation and my cars steering has improved substantially. Theyve earned themselves a regular customer.

Nya Pluto is still a planet Came in for an oil change and inspection and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, honest, and upfront about pricing and what my car actually needed no pressure or upselling. Its clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. This is exactly the kind of trustworthy, locally owned shop everyone should support. I won’t take my car anywhere else from now on highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, quality auto care!

Kira Dehnel Richard and his team were fantastic, fair, and patient through the buying process. They posted a car that I was interested in, called me, and got me in that day. And I was test driving a little past closing and buying after closing. He took even more time to clean it well before passing it to me, even though I got there late in the day. He heard and respected my thoughts on the vehicle, and got me out quickly with a safe and reliable (so far???? But everything looks good on it) vehicle that I feel safe with my 16 year old learning with and my other kids riding in. They won me over. I want to use them for my main vehicle now as well.

Jordan Schanche Art and his brother are awesome mechanics. Very straight up and honest. Family owned business. I will be back to get my brakes done soon. Also, for inspection, they are super quick.
