Kira Dehnel Richard and his team were fantastic, fair, and patient through the buying process. They posted a car that I was interested in, called me, and got me in that day. And I was test driving a little past closing and buying after closing. He took even more time to clean it well before passing it to me, even though I got there late in the day. He heard and respected my thoughts on the vehicle, and got me out quickly with a safe and reliable (so far???? But everything looks good on it) vehicle that I feel safe with my 16 year old learning with and my other kids riding in. They won me over. I want to use them for my main vehicle now as well.

Plaid X Had some steering issues so I came here to get some replacement parts installed. These guys are the real deal and the owner is a down to earth guy. I paid a reasonable price for the installation and my cars steering has improved substantially. Theyve earned themselves a regular customer.

Tyler Tatum I had a pretty great experience with Pioneer, they went above and beyond to help me diagnose the issue and get it resolved. The pricing was a little high for my budget so I ended up shopping around but they still did everything they could to match the quote I got without compromising the high level of work they do. Even after I decided to use another shop they still allowed me to leave my car on the lot until I could get it towed off. I will definitely return in the future when doing repairs because of the way that they handled the whole thing.

Thomas Belt Just an awesome honest guy. Doesnt have the prettiest shop but dont let that fool you. He is an extremely confident mechanic with top quality tools and expertise. I had the clutch done in my 2006 Honda Civic SI here and he had literally the cheapest price in town of any mechanic.
