Marilyn Burgess I recently had to have extensive work done on my 2007 Toyota Camry. I was told up front what needed to be done and even received pictures of what needed to be replaced. I was given the total amount of the service and that was exactly what I was charged. I was told about another problem that was going to eventually need to be repaired. It was my decision to have it fixed at that time at the agreed on price. The customer service that I received from Andrew and all the employees was some of the very best Ive ever experienced! They were completely transparent and up front about what needed to be done and what it would cost. I have recommended this shop to several people and will absolutely bring my car back to them for repair in the future!! As far as Im concerned, Lorentz Automotive is the very best!! Blu Rose I needed a head light assembly replaced on my vehicle. Really wasn’t sure where to go. I googled this place and saw that the reviews were spectacular so I decided to take my vehicle there for service. Chris was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and the service was quick and reasonably priced. I recommend you give them a try.

Kira Dehnel Richard and his team were fantastic, fair, and patient through the buying process. They posted a car that I was interested in, called me, and got me in that day. And I was test driving a little past closing and buying after closing. He took even more time to clean it well before passing it to me, even though I got there late in the day. He heard and respected my thoughts on the vehicle, and got me out quickly with a safe and reliable (so far???? But everything looks good on it) vehicle that I feel safe with my 16 year old learning with and my other kids riding in. They won me over. I want to use them for my main vehicle now as well.

Jono Brooks Ive used J&M for over 10 years with no issue (however... Ill add that Ive never brought them something to diagnose. Ive strictly used them when I know whats wrong and tell them what I want done...) until this year. I brought in my sons car to have a clutch job done on it. When we got it back, the speedometer no longer functioned. I called them later that week and let them know that this was the case... they said to just bring it back in for them to check out. I didnt get a chance to bring it in for a couple of months... but after I dropped it off and they inspected it, they said that because they could see that someone had done a front-end job recently (my son and I did this...), they werent responsible. I let them know that the front-end job was done BEFORE I had them do the clutch job. Didnt matter they said. So, they told me itd be around $300 to repair. I said "forget it... well fix it ourselves"... when I came to pick up, they charged me an $85 diagnostic fee... for what I already knew. Sorry yall... thats how you lose a 10+ year customer.

Bland Beverly I had a lowering kit that I wanted installed on my car, so I turned to the Denton subreddit for recommendations because I prefer to support small businesses. Someone said to give Mystery Garage a try and I’m so glad I did. James worked me in on a Saturday and Joe got to work doing his thing. The prices are reasonable and they know what they’re doing. They truly do treat all of their customers like family (I personally witnessed this while I was hanging around and trying to stay outta the way). They won’t try and sell you anything you don’t need and will even try to save you money when they can. This would definitely be a great spot to get a second opinion if the quotes you get from the dealership or other corporate chain places seem like they’re trying to rip you off, and they seem to enjoy “projects” big and small as well. I haven’t put many miles on my car yet since the install, but so far it rides great, handles great, and I love the lowered stance.

Arash Jahanshahi I cant recommend My Mobile Mechanic enough, especially if you get the chance to work with Logan.
