Arleen Crocker Dwaynes has always been my Go-To for car issues. From the moment of walking into their doors, you just know youre in the right place. Starting with Natalie that greets you to the mechanics in the back. Always a warm smile and willingness to offer help. Ive been using this shop for a number of years and Ive never been steered wrong. If something needs fixing. Theyll advise promptly, if not then theyll be honest and tell you that as well. They truly care about their customers, and i wouldnt consider going elsewhere.

Marilyn Burgess I recently had to have extensive work done on my 2007 Toyota Camry. I was told up front what needed to be done and even received pictures of what needed to be replaced. I was given the total amount of the service and that was exactly what I was charged. I was told about another problem that was going to eventually need to be repaired. It was my decision to have it fixed at that time at the agreed on price. The customer service that I received from Andrew and all the employees was some of the very best Ive ever experienced! They were completely transparent and up front about what needed to be done and what it would cost. I have recommended this shop to several people and will absolutely bring my car back to them for repair in the future!! As far as Im concerned, Lorentz Automotive is the very best!! D Jones JRs Automotive practices old school ethics of honesty and considerate customer service. They subcontracted work for another shop (Slay Dent Repair) that ended up being dishonest about repairs he failed to ask them to do. Jose and Larry worked with me to get me back on the road and now refuse to do contract work for the guy who ripped me off. I highly recommend these guys!
