Tyler Tatum I had a pretty great experience with Pioneer, they went above and beyond to help me diagnose the issue and get it resolved. The pricing was a little high for my budget so I ended up shopping around but they still did everything they could to match the quote I got without compromising the high level of work they do. Even after I decided to use another shop they still allowed me to leave my car on the lot until I could get it towed off. I will definitely return in the future when doing repairs because of the way that they handled the whole thing.

Marilyn Burgess I recently had to have extensive work done on my 2007 Toyota Camry. I was told up front what needed to be done and even received pictures of what needed to be replaced. I was given the total amount of the service and that was exactly what I was charged. I was told about another problem that was going to eventually need to be repaired. It was my decision to have it fixed at that time at the agreed on price. The customer service that I received from Andrew and all the employees was some of the very best Ive ever experienced! They were completely transparent and up front about what needed to be done and what it would cost. I have recommended this shop to several people and will absolutely bring my car back to them for repair in the future!! As far as Im concerned, Lorentz Automotive is the very best!!
