I asked for my money back before all the repairs were started because I had an unsettled feeling & was told that he would not refund me. So with that said, heres what happened. I had John replace my transmission in Feb. I immediately informed him that the transmission was still messing up. He brushed me off until the axel broke March 23rd, due to his neglagence. He is damn lucky my son wasnt injured. When the axel broke it caused more damage to the transmission. When i asked for paperwork he provided me an invoice that was less than the origional invoice paid. John & his wife were both hostle with me & claimed I was harassing them they even tried to have me criminally trespassed off his property when I brought the police as a civil stand by because I didnt feel safe. I was told by the police that this would be a civil matter. Finally after 4 long months, 3 different transmission & two different axels & some other mild repais done, I was told my car was ready. When I asked his front desk person to get the paperwork ready, I was informed my file wasnt there & per John there there would be no additional paperwork, even though multiple repairs had to be done. So I emailed John & was told that i would not be receiving any paperwork. At this point I decided to have the Troy PD go with me as a civil standby one last time to pick up my property. When I arrived, one of there mechanics had to jump my vehicle becasue the car would not start. The officer asked for my paperwork & all I got was a document stating that my vehicle was not safe to drive & then per Johns request, the officer gave me a warming & criminally trespassed me off their property. I had ZERO intention on going back. My car came out of his care worse off than before. Save yourself time & money & find a more reputable business.

The fact that you have the nerve & odasity to claim you terminated my son is a FLAT OUT LIE. I told my son he could not return to work due to the circumstances involving my car. Any place of business I have ever gone to, provides me a detailed description of everything that was done. The fact that you failed to provide me proper documentation tells me you are running a shady business.
You should have refunded me my money when I asked you to back in February prior to any work being initiated on my vehicle. The work done was done under a warranty. Of course I didnt pay you for the other 3 transmissions. And one other thing I would like to point out is. I did not drive my vehicle home. One of your mechanics did. And today I went to get a new battery & I am scheduled for a full diagnostic to ensure this vehicle is safe for my son to drive.
