Amber Parks Love everyone at Family Medicine of North Texas. Our entire family have been patients for seven years now. If we have something that needs urgent attention they try they best to accommodate it every time. The entire staff is wonderful. My favorite thing is that they don’t herd you through like cattle here. They take the time to listen and treat. That’s rare these days. Glory Sanchez They were so wonderful! My labor and delivery were great. Both my nurses were amazing! My baby had jaundice and needed phototherapy. I got to room in with her for as long as she needed the therapy, even after I had been discharged. I would recommend delivering here and if I have another baby, I would want to deliver here again! The celebration meal they bring you after the baby is born is amazing!

Carlos Dominguez Went to E.R today! My son cut his leg needed 19 stitches. DR. Robert Garrison was amazing! Very professional and super nice! My kid loved him! I was really happy to see someone take care of my son immediately!! Thanks to the staff as well! The RN that assisted him “ can’t remember her name” she was super nice and helpful as well! Thank you for your help! If I could I would give it 6 ⭐️….

Minor Emergency of Denton - Denton, TX
Deb Lanham I went to Minor Emergency in Denton about 6 months ago while I was visiting family. I had some health complications, and decided to go to Minor Emergency since it is very close to my familys home. I saw a nurse practitioner, (John, I think?), and he listened and was very compassionate and helped me with my health issues. He even called in a prescription, and the pharmacy was right next door. All of that took only about an hour! I would definitely go back to this place. Bonus....cute gift shop in the pharmacy too. I spent some money there!

Mayhill Hospital
Cirilo Jaimes I had to call the police on myself due to the company i worked at stressed and burnt me out and I was verbally abused and they sided with him. He kept his job and I was let go. Because he’s friends with the regional. The police took me here and they helped me understand I need help. Therapy as well as now I just found out I’m disabled. And have spinal cord injuries.

Texas Health Family Care - denton
Joshua Gross Front staff is incredibly rude. Had a 7:30 appointment scheduled and they did me “a favor” by letting me in 3 minutes early, and then making the snide comment of “We don’t open until 7:30”. If you can’t open the doors a few minutes early for your first appointment of the day then don’t make appointments for that time. A simple, “have a seat, someone will be with you in a few minutes” would have sufficed. Don’t expect me to be on time for my appointment and then talked to that way. And because I spoke up and didn’t accept to be spoken to that way, I have been asked to leave the practice. Good riddance. What happened to good customer service?

Marylou Baggett Dr Caldwell is the best cardiologist! I have been going to him for years and he has taken excellent care of my heart problems and helped me live a great normal life. Whenever I have needed help with prescriptions he has helped me to tremendously Dr Caldwell listens, does research and explains to you. I refer all my friends to him. I recommend him highly.
