All out Mechanic & tire shop - Pearland (TX)

Sandra Ham Ellis Automotive came in highly recommended from my neighbors and after pricing and speaking with both Erik and Chris I decided to take my vehicle to them to be serviced. Both Erik and Chris were so polite and professional and got my vehicle running with a fast turn around! They were honest and that seems hard to come by these days. I initially called a dealership and they were very rude and were going to charge me 3xs the amount than Ellis Automotive. I paid an affordable price with Ellis and was treated respectfully here and not taken advantage of like some mechanics. Thank you Ellis Automotive for getting my mom-mobile running like butter! I highly recommend using this auto shop for your vehicle repairs! They also have a night drop slot and shuttle service if needed which is super convenient! Couldn’t be happier with my choice of choosing Ellis and will now be my go to going forward. Thank you Ellis Automotive!!!

Heidi and Gabby are outstanding — they take the time to clearly explain any issues or recommendations, along with the potential impact of choosing to move forward with the service or not. The mechanics are also excellent and often remember details about your vehicle if they’ve worked on it before, which is helpful if questions come up later. Regardless of the wait time, I always feel confident that I’ll be well taken care of here, especially with Heidi and Gabby as service advisors.

charles williams I had a super slow leak in my front riight tire. They did a great job of finding it and patching it. Marciano is a great guy and a pleasure to work with in an industry that can be sketchy.

Austin Tracy Chad and the team at Third Coast went beyond to ensure that the 328d wagon stays on the road for another 200k miles. After addressing the issues I was aware of, they were able to find a few other things that needed to be address to make sure it stays driving for years to come. The car had an open recall as well. Once the shop work was done, he took the car to BMW and picked it up when they were done with it and did one last check. I don’t want to even think how much the dealer would have charged for the work that Third Coast Bimmers did for us. Also, if you know that the car might be in the shop for a while, ask about his loaners. Again a massive thanks to Third Coast.

Darlene Gregg I came in for my yearly inspection for the first time after years of seeing this place and was very pleasantly surprised with the genuinely great service. The office is homely and spacious, nice and cool for a hot July day. He found two little marker lights out and replaced them for me at minimum cost, inspected my truck and passed her. The man that took care of me was very kind in the ways he spoke to me, very accommodating in small discussion, and he gave me that good old fashioned treatment by opening my door for me, telling me to stay cool out in this heat, and shut the door for me before sending me off. Ill definitely recommend this place to anyone. Im so glad I came here.

Christen Barnhill This is the best mechanic shop Ive ever been to. I brought my 2022 Yukon in after the dealership seemed to not want to help me. I was taking my entire family on vacation and was panicked that I wouldnt have a vehicle to go in. The mechanics stayed late and went the EXTRA mile to make sure my vehicle was safe and ready to take my family on a long road trip. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Everyone in this shop was kind, understanding and very patient with me. And they offer veterans discount.
