After speaking with him I felt comfortable enough to fork over the money due to him being very knowledgable and transparent. Safe to say I think this will be the shop I use for any future repairs!

1 /5 Mike Scott: We will NEVER take any of our cars back here again. Up front their customer service is good, they will try everything to fix your car and make you happy. However, we had to take our car back multiple times for the same repairs, or a repair that was caused by the previous "repair". They use customer cars for business use, shuttling customers to and from the shop, transporting parts and used oil. We had our car there in January, now a few weeks later Im finding oil in the back of our SUV. Looks like they tried to clean it up, but didnt clean the carpets or the compartment in the back under the rubber protector. There have been other times I suspected some damage that was caused by them but they deny everything that is related to their negligence. We have dropped the car off with almost a full or 3/4 tank of gas, when we picked it up the gas was on empty. Should have stopped taking cars there a while ago.

He helped me understand the issue with my car and be more informed about my cars maintenance in general. He took the time to show me what had been replaced in my car as well.
