1 /5 Vander Breland: To make it short, my vehicle was towed in and had to be towed out. I was told at first it was the starter, so I replaced it. I took it to the gym and it had to be told back. I was told it was a bad battery. So they replaced the battery and after I went to the store, they had to come get it. Then I was told even though I had a new starter, it was bad. They replaced the starter again . I took it home and it quit on me. I got it started and brought it back. I went and bought a brand new star from a GM dealer and they kept my vehicle for another week and cannot get it started. I ask if they could compensate me in anyway, and I was told that if I need an alignment or something they would see what they could do. I had to pay an additional $125 to get it towed to the Chevrolet place.

5 /5 Darlene Gregg: I came in for my yearly inspection for the first time after years of seeing this place and was very pleasantly surprised with the genuinely great service. The office is homely and spacious, nice and cool for a hot July day. He found two little marker lights out and replaced them for me at minimum cost, inspected my truck and passed her. The man that took care of me was very kind in the ways he spoke to me, very accommodating in small discussion, and he gave me that good old fashioned treatment by opening my door for me, telling me to stay cool out in this heat, and shut the door for me before sending me off. Ill definitely recommend this place to anyone. Im so glad I came here.

1 /5 Mario Calderon: Do not take your vehicle here for any sort of repairs or maintenance needing to be done. We took a 2022 Mercedes here for a brake change, and after the repairs were made the brake system wasn’t the same. The brakes felt spongy, and they went through the whole vehicle like they were looking for something, removed mats, some carpet, lights underneath the seats came off. We took the vehicle assuming everything was taken care of and we noticed some awful noise once the brakes were applied, the noise wasn’t consistent so it would be at random speeds. We took it back for it to get looked over and we were told they had a tech with more experience on Mercedes coming in 2 days later. Off the bat they took on a challenge they couldn’t handle, had we been told to begin with the vehicle would’ve been taken somewhere else. Then again, our fault for taking a Mercedes to a shop down the road, never again. Anyways, $600 were spent for all brakes to get replaced and we were told our rotors were done and needing replacement too. That was never a suggestion when we dropped it off at first. Nonetheless the vehicle was taken to Mercedes dealership and had the rotors and brakes replaced once again. 600$ down the drain because they said “everything was okay”. Save your money and go somewhere else.

1 /5 Angela Calderon: THE WORST! Took my vehicle to get the breaks changed came out of there with my breaks still making noise took it back they supposedly fixed the issue NOPE sounded even worse spent around $500 for it to sound worse. I do not recommend this place at all!
