3 /5 Cameron Wirth: Chad and his team are super helpful and respectful! Unfortunately, I brought in my mini cooper for an intermittent issue. The issue was only able to be replicated in his care once, but he thought it was the high pressure fuel pump and I agreed that was a reasonable thought/choice so I agreed to go ahead with that repair. Turns out, that wasn’t the correct diagnosis for the issue. Because it’s an intermittent issue, I decided I don’t want to put any more money into the issue until it becomes more prevalent. $1,200 repair for nothing.

5 /5 Nathan Fraser-Chanpong: Chad is great to work with! I have brought my cars to him several times to fix oil leaks, transfer case fluid swap, brake fluid, and electrical issues. I trust his insights. During my repair, they diagnosed my coolant pump issue and promptly called me back with a plan.

Chad is great at what he does and despite all the issues it was done in a reasonable time frame. Will definitely go again if needed.

5 /5 Austin Tracy: Chad and the team at Third Coast went beyond to ensure that the 328d wagon stays on the road for another 200k miles. After addressing the issues I was aware of, they were able to find a few other things that needed to be address to make sure it stays driving for years to come. The car had an open recall as well. Once the shop work was done, he took the car to BMW and picked it up when they were done with it and did one last check. I don’t want to even think how much the dealer would have charged for the work that Third Coast Bimmers did for us. Also, if you know that the car might be in the shop for a while, ask about his loaners. Again a massive thanks to Third Coast.
