Dillon Felger Very fairly priced, great communication from the staff explaining to me what they see wrong. Explained the whole timeline well and I was able to coordinate my schedule and pick up my vehicle after leaving It there for the day. Saved about $400 from what the Ingram dealership quoted me.

DOHN HOWARD I have been using Mr Houssain for probably 12 years now and you can’t find a better mechanic and now his son is there as well and I’m sure he’s getting all the fabulous training from his father. I have to say Mr Houssain is fair and honest I am a disabled person Who makes very little income. Mr Houssain always tries to help me but the biggest thing that impresses me is that if there’s not a problem he will tell you & he will not get under there and make problems so that you have to pay a bunch of money. He’ll tell you “I don’t find any problem you need to take it back home” lol. or like he told me once… “I think it’s the user”… It was pretty funny. As strange as this sounds sometimes I feel like he treats me like one of his daughters and I trust him as much as I do my own father. He is just a good honest family man who runs a good honest business and I hope to use him for years to come and I’m grateful that he doesn’t find stuff wrong to keep me coming back just to make money off of me like so many mechanics out there do. Brian West These guys did a great job I have an 2007 FJ Cruiser that I absolutely love and Im constantly putting small upgrades on it that are above my skill level.. I brought it in and gave them these four or five little projects to do and they knocked it out.. I would highly recommend them the team does a great job

BIG TRUCK DELIVERY LLC Yvonne and Javi have a well equipped, well run shop. I have taken a few BMWs to them over past few years and have been treated fairly and gotten good work completed for a fraction of dealer cost. If you have a BMW , I recommend this shop. The have all the diagnostic equipment needed and alot of experience.

Wayne Ramirez I can’t say enough good things about Sanford Auto Service. My 2013 Ford F-150 EcoBoost has had issues since I bought it, and I’ve taken it to multiple shops over the years. It would run well at times, but never truly great—until now. When my timing chain went out, I brought it here for a full tune-up. While it was a big repair, they worked with me on the price, which I really appreciated. The result? My truck has NEVER run better. It’s been three weeks, and I’ve put it through the test—out-of-town trips, towing, 4WD—and it’s handled everything flawlessly. This is the best it has ever driven. From Tracy in the front office to the mechanics in the back (wish I remembered their names!), everyone was honest, transparent, and dedicated to quality work. I’ve also brought my Tahoe here for some repairs, and that experience was great as well. But the work they did on my F-150 was major, and I couldn’t be more pleased. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic in San Antonio, this is the place.

The Witch Project Oscar has worked on both of our cars, and does a fantastic job at a fair price every time. And the fact that he comes to us, instead of us having to take/tow them to a shop somewhere, is just the best ever. I highly recommend giving him a call when you need something fixed in your car.

Joey Duarte 10/10 experience. Bavarian auto repair wasn’t my first choice of service. I went to Mercedes Blackwood a little up the street next to the wash tub. I paid for a diagnostic and a smoke test. To diagnose my check engine light issue. They recommend replacing my valve cover because my car was leaking oil said it was really bad and some actuator that wasn’t working properly (never saw oil leak on my driveway) I didn’t do the repairs because I didn’t believe them. It’s how they treated me. I didn’t seem like a priority to the guys at Mercedes Blackwood. I was ready to treat my car give it the maintenance it deserves. They just really didn’t take me serious it felt like brushed me off when I was trying to do more to my car or ask about other potential or future issues my car tends to have. I’ve talked to Ralf (didn’t know he was the owner at the time) personally before at my times at the washtub and he told me to bring it by for a FREE VISUAL MULTIPOINT INSPECTION. Once they were able to look at my car they saw the valve cover leak and sent me photos through their very open and up front approach. I knew everything about my car after my time with Bavarian Auto. They never tried to sell me anything that was unnecessary. Now i’m able to enjoy my low mileage 335i :)

Younghearted J Outstanding customer service! Extremely reasonable on the price. I came on a Saturday when it was busy, however they attended to me right away and had my brakes and caliper changed. Everything was done professionally and with urgency. This is my new go to for everthing related to my vehicle. I truly recommend this location.

Very professional and thorough service, but I especially appreciate the detailed communication, and speed of which they worked! It’s so nice to now have someone you trust and can rely on without feeling the need to take your vehicle to 3 different places for quotes.
