5 /5 Michael Fanuzzi: I’m not one to typically post reviews, but i felt the need to let everyone know how great Carlos, Lena, and the team at Auto Service Experts have been. Very professional and thorough service, but I especially appreciate the detailed communication, and speed of which they worked! It’s so nice to now have someone you trust and can rely on without feeling the need to take your vehicle to 3 different places for quotes.

5 /5 Christy Vela: Stopped to see about getting work done, but like immediately because Im from out of town and needed to get home. The young lady at the counter was very accommodating, and was able to find me a quick appointment. I did not stay but I really appreciate her getting that appointment for me. The front office was clean with coffee and sodas available in the waiting area. If I ever find myself in the same situation again, and im close by there I will definitely stop by based on my experience when I dropped in that day!

5 /5 Eddie: I usually do not write reviews, but felt very compelled to do so after the All Star customer service I received from Lena, Carlos and their crew. I was recommended to take my 2010 Jeep Wrangler here from a friend and was a little skeptical at first because I didn’t really know anything about this particular business. Plus, I had a laundry list of things that needed to be done to the Jeep and didn’t know who to trust. After following through with my friend’s recommendation, I was MORE than pleased with my experience!!!! Lena was very professional and very communicative in everything my jeep needed and the cost. Even found some things they brought to my attention that needed to be done, but wouldn’t move forward unless she talked to me first. I really appreciated that. The clarity on the cost of parts and labor were appreciated too. Carlos the mechanic is very knowledgeable and his expertise shows in how he explains everything and answers any question you may have about your vehicle. I had to get my AC fixed, brakes replaced , and rear suspension replaced just to name a few. They did a lot more work than that! Trust me! I also appreciated that if they ran into a problem, they had solutions to give me that were economical and time efficient. Because of all the work that needed to be done, I had to leave my jeep there for a few days. The turnaround time was very fast though! And my 2010 Jeep is running better than ever! Thank you for all your hard work Lena , Carlos and everyone at Auto Service Experts! You have gained a customer for life! I will not have my Jeep serviced anywhere else. I’m about to take our second car there for a brake pad replacement and I’m looking forward to seeing the crew. They truly go above and beyond , and put the customer first!

5 /5 D Moody: I recently had my AC repaired on my Volkswagen Atlas at this auto shop, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Carlos, the owner, was incredibly communicative and honest from start to finish. It’s tough to find a mechanic you can truly trust these days, but Carlos is the real deal. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with what was going on every step of the way. One of the best parts? He doesn’t try to screw you over with prices like so many others do. It’s clear he values building trust with his customers, and that’s something you don’t see every day. Plus, Carlos has an awesome crew of skilled mechanics behind him. They got the job done quickly and efficiently, and you can tell they know what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here for future repairs. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest mechanic, this place is the one to go to! Highly recommend.
