DOHN HOWARD I have been using Mr Houssain for probably 12 years now and you can’t find a better mechanic and now his son is there as well and I’m sure he’s getting all the fabulous training from his father. I have to say Mr Houssain is fair and honest I am a disabled person Who makes very little income. Mr Houssain always tries to help me but the biggest thing that impresses me is that if there’s not a problem he will tell you & he will not get under there and make problems so that you have to pay a bunch of money. He’ll tell you “I don’t find any problem you need to take it back home” lol. or like he told me once… “I think it’s the user”… It was pretty funny. As strange as this sounds sometimes I feel like he treats me like one of his daughters and I trust him as much as I do my own father. He is just a good honest family man who runs a good honest business and I hope to use him for years to come and I’m grateful that he doesn’t find stuff wrong to keep me coming back just to make money off of me like so many mechanics out there do. mildly inconvenienced Autobahn was recommended to me after another shop tried to charge me for 14 hours of labor at dealership rates for a job that should realistically take 7 hours. When I received Autobahn’s estimate, their numbers made sense and aligned with my own research. They completed the work the same afternoon and even went above and beyond by being honest about a part that didn’t actually need replacing, something the other shop wasn’t transparent about.

Carolyn Martinez Having car issues is stressful enough. But trying to find a place with a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly staff can be overwhelming and seems almost impossible. But I found just such a shop! I recently took my vehicle into Auto Service Experts. I knew I had a few different problems going on with my car and I was afraid I was going to have to go to a few other shops as well. However, I was pleasantly surprised the automotive specialists at ASE could correct them ALL...quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices for the quality of work. The guys there really cared and made sure all my issues were resolved. And a huge plus in my book... Jason never made me feel dumb when I asked questions. He was so patient with my inquiries. Jason took the time to explain things & show me how they work. Love the central location and clean waiting area. So thankful to feel safe on the road again with a reliable vehicle. My car is running better than it has in years! Definitely a lifelong customer. Auto Services Experts will be taking care of all my other vehicles’ needs as well. Get your car there and get it up and running correctly by some of the top mechanics in the city!

K B I had a really good experience. Eleazar, the manager, is so nice and easy to work with. I understood exactly what needed to be done with my vehicle, cost, and urgency. They truly went above and beyond. The other employees I interacted with were also great. I greatly appreciate the owner offers a military discount as well. Having a shuttle is fantastic as that is often my biggest headache when taking my vehicle in for repairs. I will be back for other repairs on my vehicle. Availability seemed good and my repair was done quickly. Thanks for the great service.

Sophia Flores Where can I begin ! My family n I have been with Sam and his auto shops more than 15+ years ! We have never had any problems with his work or his mechanics. His prices are pretty fair or even better ! Sam also breaks it down for you too ( really explains what’s wrong with your car) so you’re not clueless or feel like I didn’t get informed enough but he hits all the notes! Y’all should really check him out ! You will not regret it , I promise !

Clara Ann I was referred to come here for my maintenance oil changes and have been here about 3 times now. The staff is very respectful and professional, specifically the man in the front with glasses. My car is always done within 20 minutes. They are upfront about the price the oil change will be for your vehicle and will tell you what is wrong with your vehicle with a simple diagnostic check request. I have instilled trust with this business, but more importantly, I feel safe and respected here, especially as a women.

Britney Grogg I had previously written a one-star review; I have removed it and am writing this new one. Mistakes happen, and its what we do as business owners/managers to correct those mistakes that hold more weight than the mistake itself. As a business owner myself, I have a great deal of appreciation for the way my issues with my cars services was handled. I want to clarify that the one star was for communication issues. It wasnt any problem with the mechanics or the job they did. They are good mechanics. The reason for five stars: I took my car back in 4 days after the pickup from the first visit. I had a mistake of correlation and causation. I dont know much about cars, but after my AC was fixed, I noticed that my rear tires were losing air pressure rapidly. Regardless, they did an excellent job fixing all problems. They even addressed this rattling sound with a compressor for me. They werent under any obligation to get me serviced again with a price change. Especially since it was a separate second issue, they just wanted to make things right. That is incredible business practice. Although I hope my car is good on mechanic visits for a while, Id come back here because I know they do good work. If I could offer one bit of advice, it would be: There are people like me who hear "The car will be ready at 3 pm tomorrow," and unless something else is communicated, we show up at 3 expecting the car to be ready. Additionally, I wasnt aware that someone involved in my cars repair had a personal emergency until the third time we were turned away for pickup at the scheduled time. Most people are kind-hearted, and when something like that is communicated, we will take the opportunity to show grace and understanding. I hope all is well with this team and their families, and I appreciate all the help I received.

Brian West These guys did a great job I have an 2007 FJ Cruiser that I absolutely love and Im constantly putting small upgrades on it that are above my skill level.. I brought it in and gave them these four or five little projects to do and they knocked it out.. I would highly recommend them the team does a great job
