Carolyn Martinez Having car issues is stressful enough. But trying to find a place with a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly staff can be overwhelming and seems almost impossible. But I found just such a shop! I recently took my vehicle into Auto Service Experts. I knew I had a few different problems going on with my car and I was afraid I was going to have to go to a few other shops as well. However, I was pleasantly surprised the automotive specialists at ASE could correct them ALL...quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices for the quality of work. The guys there really cared and made sure all my issues were resolved. And a huge plus in my book... Jason never made me feel dumb when I asked questions. He was so patient with my inquiries. Jason took the time to explain things & show me how they work. Love the central location and clean waiting area. So thankful to feel safe on the road again with a reliable vehicle. My car is running better than it has in years! Definitely a lifelong customer. Auto Services Experts will be taking care of all my other vehicles’ needs as well. Melissa schnelle So glad I stopped by Sun Auto to get a quote! I had just left Discount Tire and did not feel comfortable with the outcome. Sam was extremely helpful and got me a quote on the tires I was requesting. He ordered them and we set an appointment to have them put on. I arrived for the appointment and still had questions but all were answered to my satisfaction. I was happy they would advise me on brakes, rotors, oil change and such. I felt comfortable and very much trusted this establishment. My car was ready earlier than I expected and they offered to send a car for me. Customer service is few and far between these days but Sun Auto know how important it is.

Denise Willems This was the second time I have taken my vehicle to be serviced at Cambridge. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by name by Jake. He remembered me even though it had been several months since I had been there. Jake provides outstanding customer service! He very patiently described what needed to be done to repair my vehicle. Not only did he keep up with the progress of the repairs to my car he made sure I was taken care of, too. He arranged for me to pick up a rental car and had someone drive me to their location. Jake made sure to contact me with updates on the progress of the repairs to my vehicle. Jake is one of the main reasons I return to Cambridge! His customer service is outstanding.

BIG TRUCK DELIVERY LLC Yvonne and Javi have a well equipped, well run shop. I have taken a few BMWs to them over past few years and have been treated fairly and gotten good work completed for a fraction of dealer cost. If you have a BMW , I recommend this shop. The have all the diagnostic equipment needed and alot of experience.

K B I had a really good experience. Eleazar, the manager, is so nice and easy to work with. I understood exactly what needed to be done with my vehicle, cost, and urgency. They truly went above and beyond. The other employees I interacted with were also great. I greatly appreciate the owner offers a military discount as well. Having a shuttle is fantastic as that is often my biggest headache when taking my vehicle in for repairs. I will be back for other repairs on my vehicle. Availability seemed good and my repair was done quickly. Thanks for the great service.

Dawn Rinn These guys are TOP NOTCH!! They did a full check of all my systems and found issues that I was unaware of on top of the problem I came in to fix. Thank goodness they did because my brakes were shot! I found that the bill was entirely reasonable and was happy to pay for their level of knowledge and skill. All the gentlemen I spoke to were friendly and helpful. Victor is THE MAN! Well be coming back in the future for sure.
