Soraya Pares I had a great visit with Dr. C the podiatrist. He was very straight forward and explained the ways of receiving care for the reason i came. Very well educated. and also am a patient from the ACS on the first floor for a very long time Dr Jason Leader is a wonderful provider with great knowledge and a very good listener.

Shantice Whyte Its not often I feel accommodated or understood at a hospital. Because Im there for treatment because of whatever illness. But the STAFF here. The nurses, the nurse assistants, the cafeteria staff, the cleaners, the doctors. They were all working together, hand in hand, communication was great, and organizational and roles were understood and followed and went beyond that.. Im grateful to them, and I love their visitors policy because I really needed my partner and familial support. Only critique is. The space in the ER between beds is ridiculous the staff have nothing to do with that of course but even they cant get to do their jobs properly because of that Ossie and its reaching to a point where its a privacy violation issue.

Nathan Salimeda Dr. Rodriguez SAVED MY LIFE!!! I was diagnosed with strep throat and it had progressed to a point where even my own saliva had become almost impossible to swallow. With his efficient and timely treatment, I received relief within 24 hours and was immediately ready to tackle the world again! I cannot express just how thankful I am for Dr. Rodriguez’s treatment and the professionalism and friendliness of him and his staff! Thank you, Dr. Rodriguez - you truly have saved my life!

YS I value high-quality health care services and professionalism. This practice exceeded my expectations, from the front desk staff, to the nurses and doctors. In particular, Dr. Chapalamadugu left such a positive impression on me from my first visit to the office, and this was a constant trend during follow up procedures and visits. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate and caring GI doctor. He genuinely took the time and diligence to answer all my questions, exhibiting the utmost care, respect and humanity. His explanations are clear and thorough, making dense information palatable for his patients. I did not feel rushed, which is an added bonus these days. Moreover, I was highly impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and timeliness in the care and attention provided to me during subsequent visits. In addition, I was given the opportunity to come in earlier than scheduled due to other cancellations, which I appreciated given my hectic personal schedule.

Jasenia Flores Ever since Urban left Penninsula Medical Center it’s not the same. Some of the receptionist are rude and although your doctor says you can walk in, they turn you away without you seeing a nurse to determine if you can see someone. I want to go back to Penninsula or Urban on Southern Blvd.

Maya Jenkins Dr. Kareem, Dr. Sytner, Angel, and all the nurses that have cared for my father over the years are PHENOMENAL. They are absolutely amazing and kind, they treat my father with a ton of respect and care. Best VA Hospital ever. The social workers are amazing too… Manny has helped us tremendously.

Saul Piazza Ive been to this ER a few times on different days & times of the week in the past years. The care is always the same. Professional,caring and compassionate. The ER is crowded, its the Bronx. Waiting is something we have no control over. Its also triage. The person requiring more immediate care will get care before others. Honorable mention to Gary Scott M.D. So glad hes there at Monte/Einstein. Gr8 doctor!!!
