D. Monique Worthley My Mother has had two successful (2) catheter replacements at this facility. We found the entire Staff and Medical Professionals to be attentive and sensitive to patient concerns and needs. Likewise, the facility was visibly clean, and the care given to patients post procedure, exceptional. Additionally, I observed them interacting with their patients, and they knew each. It was quite remarkable and refreshing to witness.

YS I value high-quality health care services and professionalism. This practice exceeded my expectations, from the front desk staff, to the nurses and doctors. In particular, Dr. Chapalamadugu left such a positive impression on me from my first visit to the office, and this was a constant trend during follow up procedures and visits. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate and caring GI doctor. He genuinely took the time and diligence to answer all my questions, exhibiting the utmost care, respect and humanity. His explanations are clear and thorough, making dense information palatable for his patients. I did not feel rushed, which is an added bonus these days. Moreover, I was highly impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and timeliness in the care and attention provided to me during subsequent visits. In addition, I was given the opportunity to come in earlier than scheduled due to other cancellations, which I appreciated given my hectic personal schedule.

Reeti I grew up by this hospital but never had to come in for myself. I came in for my son today and the staff is wonderful. My experience was wonderful. I didn’t know how long I would be here because the ER is unpredictable, since anything can happen to anyone, at any time. I am grateful that I was here for about two to three hours. They were caring and made sure to communicate. I would recommend it. I pray others have an easy and wonder experience, as well.

Ali Algaheim This Health center is all a parent would ever want in their neighborhood, the staff there treat you like family, they would make you feel special in a way! The pediatricians there are also as good, they play with children, make noises with infant, i don’t even like Jacobi but The staff here are the reason why I have decided to bring my children here! From the moment I arrived, Ashley greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine sense of compassion. Her professionalism and expertise were evident as she guided me through my treatment, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Ashley took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Her attention to detail and dedication to her patients truly set her apart. I felt safe and well-cared for under her watchful eye, and her positive attitude made a challenging experience much more manageable. Jasmin Sanabria Don’t go to this hospital!!! The worst staff and incompetent! Ive had two really bad experiences with this hospital. The first I hurt myself and felt I had a hernia. I was in extreme pain. After the c.t scan they told me there was nothing wrong. The doctor was very arrogant and insisted I was fine and sent me home. I went to Lenex hill hospital and turns out I had two hernias and one was strangulated. I needed immediate surgery. Second more recent experience I went to the emergency room with dangerously high blood pressure for two days after a bad fall 2 weeks prior suffering from a concussion. It was the afternoon. The staff was very rude and slow, they ignored the fact that my pressure was high and showed a lack of experience. They never treated my pressure and only checked it once in the 6 hours I was there. And said it wasn’t high enough at the time they checked to be an emergency even though it was way above the normal rate. And I couldn’t lower it on my own for two days. I told them it was fluctuating between 145/95 to 179/115 throughout the day even going to 205 but was sent home. I had to go to another hospital later that night.

Anam I need a physical form for my kid’s school after calling we were told to go there with the FORM but when I went there round 4:30pm it was empty and 3 people in the reception talking to each other, so I waited in line they were talking rudely about me after sometime one of then called me over and said “how can I help” and guess what she was pretty rude and only needed name DOB and address I said I was told on the phone to bring the form I was trying to give her the form she was again in a very rude attitude told me not I don’t need that what a waste of my time. unnecessarily made me go there plus so rude. Montefiore use to be so good what happened ?

Dr. Pan was calm, reassuring, and efficient, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and comfortable. His team was also outstanding, providing exceptional care and support every step of the way. I can’t recommend Dr. Edwin Pan highly enough.
