Montefiore Westchester Square Emergency Room

Tynetta Johnson Nurse Cece was extremely thorough and helpful. We came in during shift change but she made sure to start the process on making sure my boyfriend was getting treated properly. That was very appreciated considering they were understaffed. Thank you Nurse CeCe!!

Bronx County Animal Hospital

Third Eye Throwbacks Dr. Soliman and his staff are extremely kind and professional. I have brought all of my animals here to be cared for. They have been there to help a furry family member pass on and been there to welcome new members. From me and my family, thank you for what you do.

New York Eye Surgery Center

Julie Harazduk Great experience from pick-up at my home and getting me there exactly 5 minutes early, to not having to wait, to the comfortable recliner for surgical prep and recovery, to the wonderful nurses and all of the care taken to make me comfortable like warm blankets! And finallyno wait for the ride home. It was perfect! Lets hope my next surgerical experience is as wonderful!

Montefiore Hutchinson Campus

Vonnesha Ripley Great staffing, always clean, fast service, shuttle bus drops off and picks up. But you have to make sure that your not sitting in a long line of traffic. The 24 bus runs through here as well too.

BronxCare Health System (Fulton Division)

Justin Lawrence This place is terrible. I was a patient here, and being held in this facility did nothing to help my mental health—in fact, it made things worse. When admitted, they made me sign documents without explaining what I was signing, taking advantage of people who are not in the right state of mind. Earlier this month, I hit an extreme low where I no longer saw the point in life. A friend called EMS, and I was brought here. Upon arrival, they took everything from me—my phone, wallet, and clothes—leaving me with nothing but my underwear. The staff was unhelpful and uncommunicative. The nurses never gave straight answers, constantly lying about when the doctor would see me. They would say "five minutes," but the doctor would either take much longer or never show up at all. The facility itself is isolating—there are no clocks or windows, so you have no sense of time, which only worsens your mental state. At one point, I reached a breaking point, and it took nine security guards to restrain me. One particular guard was especially rude and condescending; she should not be allowed to work with patients. To make matters worse, they don’t allow visitors. If your loved ones try to visit, they will be turned away, cutting you off from any outside support. Do not bring your struggling loved ones here. The staff does not care about the mentally ill, and this facility will only worsen their condition.

Montefiore Medical Center Rheumatlgy

Meryl Lee A rheumatologist here tried to tell me I don’t have lupus despite being diagnosed with it for over a decade. He also caused me to have a massive flare.

BronxCare Health System

Manny Encarnacion I walked in a crying man and left out with a smile on me face! I recently had the privilege of being cared for by Ashley Lee RN, and I cannot express enough how exceptional her service was. From the moment I arrived, Ashley greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine sense of compassion. Her professionalism and expertise were evident as she guided me through my treatment, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Ashley took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Her attention to detail and dedication to her patients truly set her apart. I felt safe and well-cared for under her watchful eye, and her positive attitude made a challenging experience much more manageable. It’s clear that Ashley is not just a skilled nurse but also a wonderful person who genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. I wholeheartedly give her a 5-star rating and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone in need of medical care. Thank you, Ashley, for your outstanding service and compassion!

NYC Health Hospitals/Lincoln

Leesa O MUST READ!! IF YOU HAVE A CHILD BELOW THE AGE OF 18YO, DO NOT! TAKE THEM TO LINCOLN HOSPITAL. They have no pediatric psych department for children. When you get there, they ask you whats wrong, depending on how bad your child is going through something, they drug them and or strap them down and leave them in the back. These children sit or lay in an open, but isolated area in the back with no doctor or therapist to talk to for days. Other than a Psych doctor coming in around 9-10am to call their name and ask, "Do you feel like hurting yourself or others"?. If they say no, they go home. But God forbid they say yes or you allow them to be admitted. Then they will be trapped there for days on end with nothing to do or anyone to talk to, no diagnosis or actual mental health treatment because the whole time you will be "waiting for a bed" at another hospital that actually see pediatric psych patients. They wont discharge your child for you to take them to another hospital yourself because they were marked for admission and cant leave unless by them in an ambulance to go to the other hospital. "According to their policy " While there they use coercion, threats of calling ACS or you getting thrown out, bullying and intimidation tactics to keep you your child there and to keep you from refusing drugs for your child or leaving with your child, when they do nothing to help them. It really breaks my heart to know children are being treated like that. There would be 0 stars, but the one star could be for some of the good nurses that are there. *Photo of little room in back where psych children stay.
