Amanda Reid The sonogram technician really needs to be switched out. It’s a certain level of “Bedside” manners and giving the patient great experience while pregnant with child. Such a cold experience to go through in that basement where the sonograms take place. Working in the medical field, you have to understand the contagion of moods. It leaves an impression on the hospital/Clinic

Lesley Charlene Robinson-Smiley Im actually still a patient in the hospital right now. Only problem I have is the food is to bland. So nasty. They definitely need a better cook. But the staff is amazing. Kerri Ann, kat, and the entire 4th floor ICU and the entire 5th floor staff is amazing. They definitely goes above and beyond for the patients. The doctors are amazing. Wonderful nurse staff. They talk with patients and explain everything in details. Attitudes are amazing. Definitely no complaints. Housekeeping is amazing. Transport is amazing. Basically the entire hospital staff is amazing. All Im saying is thank you for everything

Esthepany Francisco Waiting is very short and the doctor is always ready to listen and help so the resolving any issues you may encounter. You’re usually in and out right away. So definitely a community staple

Jasenia Flores Ever since Urban left Penninsula Medical Center it’s not the same. Some of the receptionist are rude and although your doctor says you can walk in, they turn you away without you seeing a nurse to determine if you can see someone. I want to go back to Penninsula or Urban on Southern Blvd.

Tynetta Johnson Nurse Cece was extremely thorough and helpful. We came in during shift change but she made sure to start the process on making sure my boyfriend was getting treated properly. That was very appreciated considering they were understaffed. Thank you Nurse CeCe!!

Hailey Sky My uncle was here. The staff in the ER was very helpful. Norma the patient experience coordinator was very informative. The case managers who helped placed my uncle in a nursing home was very patient and kind. And informed me about every thing I needed during the process.. The entire staff is very compassionate about their job. And was very loving towards my uncle. Also my uncles pcp was Dr.Dave ( best internal medicine doctor) also stood on top of him during his stay.

Moon Time I been taking my newborn here since he was born and they are very professional and very thorough. They listen and give actual advice. I highly recommend coming here for at least the pediatrics department.
