Their communication was excellent. Updates and status twice/week at least. The craftsmanship is amazing. My car looks brand new! I cannot say enough about what an excellent experience it was considering how unfortunate the damage was. Their techs are amazing, their work is impeccable. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing collision work done on your major purchase. Trustworthy for sure!

Leo A P Giannini Moved up to the Finger Lakes from the Catskills and was overwhelmed by the difficulty in finding a reliable and honest mechanic shop. Bob was a godsend, fixed my rust bucket Yaris, and helped get my moms Yaris to 300K miles (and still kicking), fixes my wifes car and fixes my truck. I wouldnt go anywhere else, worth the wait if hes busy too.

JoAnn Strapach I had to get my car inspected so I went to Anderson Automotive on State Street in Auburn, NY. I had been a patron of their shop when they were in a shop closer to my home. They are always accomodating with appointments and do requested work in a timely manner. Costs are reasonable. I will go to them whenever my car needs work done.

Nat Wilson Take my truck, my wife’s car and my daughter’s car to Blue Line Automotive everytime. Great service, quality work, and fair and upfront pricing. I’ve used them for everything from tire alignment to getting the front end on my daughter’s car fixed, after she hit a deer. When it came to fixing my daughter’s car they saved me about $4,000, when compared to what a local dealership was going to charge.

James Maturo I had the oil changed in my car. I love the drive-in bay of the service center. They were fast, I was in and out in less than an hour.

Kendal Clouse I had a really good experience here. I set up my appointment online which was promptly confirmed via text which was awesome! The work was done quickly and I thought the price was fair. The receptionist seemed really sweet and thanked me for my patience since she was on the phone when I came in but I didnt even think about it! Overall 10/10 and will be back.

Maxmillian D. Had to get three recall notices from Subaru for my 2018 Impreza taken care of and I was not looking forward to it. Frankly, I was expecting the dreaded, you also need this, that and the other. Well, from my initial conversations with Nichole at the service counter, to the young woman dropping me off and then Nichole calling me only a couple hours later to tell me everything was done, I was pleasantly surprised and the service/customer service was excellent. I received a comprehensive vehicle inspection report and both recommendations (tires and cabin air filter) were honest and accurate. I must confess that I was armed with a first opinion from a personally known mechanic, that I trust for his honesty and integrity, before I took the car in for the recalls. Unfortunately, I dont know the name of the Fox Subaru technician who performed the service/inspection, but THANK YOU. Well done to both you and Nichole. Your performance reflects extremely well on yourselves and Fox Subaru service.
