I was given a referral to them for regular car maintenance and repair by another top-notch mechanic who repaired and restored my car after an accident. And Eliminator hasnt disappointed. They do great, thorough work for a fair price, and every employee I have encountered there is friendly, attentive and helpful. And I prefer to give my business to locals instead of chains. The owner and mechanics have a vested interest in their reputation, which drives their good work ethic. And from the looks of the garage, they love what they do. That said, Ive settled on Eliminator as my permanent car repair place.

James Maturo I had the oil changed in my car. I love the drive-in bay of the service center. They were fast, I was in and out in less than an hour.

Elizabeth Carr Some friends came from Canada to visit. They had a flat tire and happened to be by trombleys. They went in and Art was extremely helpful. Found a good used tire and put it on, checked all the other tires. They were on their way in half an hour. Trombleys was very fair in price and provided great service. They could have boned my friends as they were from out of town but they were fair and amazing. Would highly recommend them.

Hannah Denson John did my brakes and said he would call when it was done, he called later at night and when we said we would come in the morning (like many car shops have no problem with) to get it he demanded payment immediately and said it had to be that night, he never informed us when the car would be done and that there was any time frame expectation. He proceeded to say we ruined his night and yelled profanities at us and called us names. When I expressed that he was being unprofessional he continued to yell profanities.

Nicole Gabriel Noticed my muffler sounded slightly louder .Called today and they were able to get me right in. They looked at it and told me my muffler flange had rotted and it had no bolt. They said it was a simple fix. They had it fixed within a hour . It cost me less than $100 totalfor parts and labor. Im happy with it so far. If it gives me any problems will update my review. Everyone was very courteous and nice...... Update Had another issue with my car. I had a good experience with this place last time so I called them back up. They were able to fix my vehicle and did it quickly and efficiently. The man who works here Craig went above and beyond to help. More places need employees like him. Will definitely be back ( hopefully not any time soon). I added a star to my review because of Craigs awesome customer service skills. I highly recommend this place.

Robyn Meade They went threw step by step what was wrong with my car and showed me what my vehicle parts were supposed to look like and they even explained to me what it could end up happening if it didnt get fixed and am I happy to have been able to find this gem in all of these rocks out there thats how I can explain it

Their communication was excellent. Updates and status twice/week at least. The craftsmanship is amazing. My car looks brand new! I cannot say enough about what an excellent experience it was considering how unfortunate the damage was. Their techs are amazing, their work is impeccable. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing collision work done on your major purchase. Trustworthy for sure!
