Ken Murphy Ive been using Mavis for years. Stopped in after taking a gash in the sidewall of one my tires. Checked the status of my roadside protection and had me back out the door with a replacement mounted and balanced in about 15 minutes. The service here is excellent.

Nicole Gabriel Noticed my muffler sounded slightly louder .Called today and they were able to get me right in. They looked at it and told me my muffler flange had rotted and it had no bolt. They said it was a simple fix. They had it fixed within a hour . It cost me less than $100 totalfor parts and labor. Im happy with it so far. If it gives me any problems will update my review. Everyone was very courteous and nice...... Update Had another issue with my car. I had a good experience with this place last time so I called them back up. They were able to fix my vehicle and did it quickly and efficiently. The man who works here Craig went above and beyond to help. More places need employees like him. Will definitely be back ( hopefully not any time soon). I added a star to my review because of Craigs awesome customer service skills. I highly recommend this place.

John DiSanto Gerber Collision and Glass are a 5 STAR Facility. Quality of work: 5 STARS Communication: 5 STARS Work Completion Estimate: 5 STARS Gerber did everything they said they would. Their communication was excellent. Updates and status twice/week at least. The craftsmanship is amazing. My car looks brand new! I cannot say enough about what an excellent experience it was considering how unfortunate the damage was. Their techs are amazing, their work is impeccable. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing collision work done on your major purchase. Trustworthy for sure!

Hannah Denson John did my brakes and said he would call when it was done, he called later at night and when we said we would come in the morning (like many car shops have no problem with) to get it he demanded payment immediately and said it had to be that night, he never informed us when the car would be done and that there was any time frame expectation. He proceeded to say we ruined his night and yelled profanities at us and called us names. When I expressed that he was being unprofessional he continued to yell profanities.

Kara Wilson We used Oakwood when we broke down and had to get a tow. They were so kind and very prompt about the situation. They had us back home within an hour of us calling. I have nothing negative to say about this business, great customer service, very knowledgeable, and quick! Great job Oakwood!

Beth Miller The customer service rep was courteous, respectful and communicated clearly what repairs were necessary for my car to pass inspection. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. A restroom was available, as was coffee. Service was prompt and efficient.
