1 /5 J: Called to get information and after speaking with Caroline on phone for few mins I explained I had to go and she kept rambling on which is fine but then I brought up I had to go again and she immediately scoffs at me and slams the phone down in my ear. I wasn’t rude at all. Shame on her.

The workmen have been with her for many years and are experts in their field. Caroline, the owner, works on your behalf with the insurance company. She strives to make things right.
