1 /5 jim ritter: I brought tires and Rims into this establishment to be mounted on my vehicle Even though they were very hard to be mounted. Which I do understand. I had to return to professional tire service because my tire was losing air - Come to find out it was the new TPMS Valve that had the leak. When I got there to try to have it fixed the mechanic came out and Arrogantly said “I will not take those tires off the rims again they gave us such a hard time” so they got nasty and said too bad, We will not do anything about it! They never told me when the tires went on there were no guarantees on Their workmanship. Keep in mind I paid for a service as they said that they can provide but did not want to fix the issue they caused. This is why supporting local businesses is not a good option especially at this place And then wonder why they don’t stay in business!! I would advise not to do business with this company! It’s a Shame!!

They offer free guest Wi-Fi so you can stream a show while you wait. The people at the desk greet you with a smile. I’d highly recommend them for inspecting all your vehicles. They have over exceeded my expectations. Look no further than professional tire for your auto needs.

We have remained their customer for quite some time and appreciate their willingness to explain any issues and to help us figure out what we need to have done and then they do it the right way the first time. We have had only good things happen when we use them as our car servicing business. We are more than pleased.
