mellymel284 I have been a frequent customer of Total Auto care for about 11 years ( since around 2010 ) and I have always experienced friendly, exceptional service and automotive savvy. I have seen Craig ODell ( the owner ) go out of his way to help me on short notice ( no appointment ) and fix the problem. Craig ALWAYS explains WHAT is wrong, HOW to fix and even tries to save money for the customer ( if possible ). They also let me know if they see a "potential" problem in the future regarding my vehicle ( heads up ! ). Important to note, Total Auto Care : fix vehicles, inspect, also are a car dealership ( the same excellent service / no rip off !!!) They do it all. F.Y.I...have two small couches to sit on ( if waiting), and two chairs, reading material and a BATHROOM . I RECOMMEND TOTAL AUTO CARE,THEY ARE AN ASSET TO THIS COMMUNITY AND ARE THE BEST !

Winslo Rose Weve been to P & N twice now and have had great experiences both times. If youre looking for a family run, honest auto shop Id suggest trying them. I had to stop urgently the first visit and they accommodated us even though I had five small kids with me. They put on cartoons for the kids and got right to work.

Renee Damon While traveling down RT 81 traveling back home to PA my check engine light went on. I have 3 hours left to drive home and I just knew I wasn’t going to make it. I pulled off the Cortland exit and went to Steve Shannon’s shop. They diagnosed what was wrong and currently fixing the problem. No appointment No call. Just pulled in and said “Help” And help is exactly what they have done. What a great staff, professional and welcoming. So recommend this shop!!! Thank you Larry & Zabin!!!

Kimberly Van Dee I went to the shop on Clinton Ave. Very friendly staff, thorough with explaining what they need to do to your vehicle, how they are going to do it, and the cost without trying to add additional work that is unnecessary like some shops. Had an emergent issue and they helped fix it the same day. Definitely will be back.
