5 /5 Renee Damon: While traveling down RT 81 traveling back home to PA my check engine light went on. I have 3 hours left to drive home and I just knew I wasn’t going to make it. I pulled off the Cortland exit and went to Steve Shannon’s shop. They diagnosed what was wrong and currently fixing the problem. No appointment No call. Just pulled in and said “Help” And help is exactly what they have done. What a great staff, professional and welcoming. So recommend this shop!!! Thank you Larry & Zabin!!!

Will letting Larry have some time off. Will did a great job. I asked for work youd do for your mom. It was expensive but I left there feeling secure and ready for winter on I81. They will stand by me and their work. Im sure about that. My Rogue loves his 4 new shoes and Im really happy! Bottom of Monroe Heights on Groton Ave, in spite of the construction! 08/02/2025: Saturday service. Inspection, oil, filter, wiper blades and back brakes. I stayed while work was completed. Such a nice atmosphere and Larry keeping me apprised of work being completed. I was given choices based on what will and will not pass inspection. No pressure, no going in uninformed. I was very happy with my Rouge as I drove away. Id still adopt Larry! Such a good man and amazing front man for Steve Shannon Auto! Give them a try and trust their integrity!

5 /5 Magec Fawkes: I love this place. They have always been honest about what needs to be done. The team is flexible for work that can wait, but firm when it cant. Theyre always friendly and eager to exceed expectations. Their executive decision making in maintenance is also great. Ex: They wont ask me about every nutn bolt, but if it brings the price up beyond reasonable difference, they will definitely call first. These people are professionals that deliver quality work at a fair price. I have never had a bad experience at this establishment and would recommend it to anyone.

5 /5 Joseph beacraft: Good place to get vehicle fixed they used to allow you to make payments but someone screwed that up but theyre awesome people they do a great job on your vehicle and they explain all the details before they do any work they let you know and its your choice I would take my vehicle back there this is actually the third time I recommend them
