He explained everything from my phone call to make an appointment, met me at my arrival and at checkout ~ he showed me the issue and explained how they resolved it! Jonah the technician was extremely knowledgeable and very professional as well. I am so grateful!!

Sarabeth Loomis I needed a jump on my car, and I was desperate to get to work on time---I called Gary and he drove over to my apartment within ten minutes to help me, taking time out of his extremely busy schedule to help someone he didnt know at all. I will be using Gary again in the future whenever I have automotive needs for as long as I am in the area!

He communicated well with my husband, keeping him up-to-date on things. He had a lot of work to do to determine the problem but did it. And his fee was very reasonable. So thankful we found him!

Winslo Rose Weve been to P & N twice now and have had great experiences both times. If youre looking for a family run, honest auto shop Id suggest trying them. I had to stop urgently the first visit and they accommodated us even though I had five small kids with me. They put on cartoons for the kids and got right to work.

Josh Carr Ran into a deer in the beginning of May. Destroyed the front end of my truck. Took my truck to browns the next day and within 3 weeks it looked brand new again. They did a fantastic job and stayed in contact with me. Will be going back to them again if ever needed. I highly recommend them.
