5 /5 Hailey Sky: My uncle was here. The staff in the ER was very helpful. Norma the patient experience coordinator was very informative. The case managers who helped placed my uncle in a nursing home was very patient and kind. And informed me about every thing I needed during the process.. The entire staff is very compassionate about their job. And was very loving towards my uncle. Also my uncles pcp was Dr.Dave ( best internal medicine doctor) also stood on top of him during his stay.

My experience exceeded all expectations in every aspect. First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Rozafa Pali for her professionalism, patience, and clarity throughout the entire process. Her expertise and reassuring presence made me feel safe and well cared for every step of the way. I also cannot thank the nurses and staff enough for their kindness, warmth, and unwavering support. Their friendliness and positivity made me feel truly at home rather than in a hospital. They went above and beyond to ensure both my baby and I were comfortable, creating an environment of genuine care and compassion. Additionally, the cleanliness and overall service were outstanding. Every detail was meticulously attended to, contributing to a sense of security and well-being. I wholeheartedly recommend Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital to anyone seeking a safe, supportive, and caring environment for childbirth. Words cannot fully capture my gratitude, as there is so much more I could say about this exceptional hospital.

1 /5 Tori Buie: I will NEVER return here. I brought my 4-year-old daughter in after she woke up with a 105.7-degree fever, but the doctor ignored her medical history. It wasnt until I took her to NewYork-Presbyterian that they actually listened and discovered she had a bacterial infection. Despite my tears and desperate pleas for help at Montefiore, I was met with yelling and scolding. Always advocate for your children! If I had followed their advice, my daughter could have become septic again. Shame on you all!

1 /5 Jasmine C: I’ll never step foot in this hospital again, the security guards are not friendly nor welcoming. They’re not helpful also, saying nasty rude things underneath their breath. It’s really childish. This is how grown adults conduct themselves while working in a professional environment. Some of the staff need to be evaluated. Doctors/nurses that work here need more training they seem reluctant to get you out fast without really checking to see if anything is wrong with the patient. This hospital is one of the worst Montefiore hospitals that I’ve ever visited. Mount Vernon Montefiore doesn’t even do the non sense they do here at this location.

1 /5 Lisa Oliveros: Medical staff do. Good job! The problem is the security staff at the entrance! Very rude, they said that only 2 people at a time! We are a big family and we all want to see my grandmother and we were at the waiting area taking turns to be able to go up to see her !and she was just walking near us and was just looking at us, watching us all the time like if we were doing something wrong! She was very rude, unfriendly!! I think people like that I dont know why they are assigned a position where they have to be dealing with people all day! and it wasnt just this time I think she didnt like us !!! Since just said the name of my grandma she move her head !
