Kevin Paxton Awesome, I was without a vehicle when my power steering pump went out. They located the problem and did their best to fix it. The power steering reservoir was destroyed , and a two weeks backorder from the dealership. However, they used their knowledge to locate a new one in days, not weeks, and they were able to get the car back to me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has car troubles they are very professional and easy to talk to.

Liselle Esposito Above and beyond. While away from home, my wheel bearings gave in. This team-George, Leslie and John jumped to replace two bad wheel bearings, have sensors at the ready if they were broken during the extraction and suggest rental options on a weekend where availability was zero! When faced with a challenge to get parts, same day, George called-in a few favors and made it happen. They were kind, encouraging and SO efficient. Kudos to you for providing excellent customer and a trustworthy vehicle to get me home.

Trish Larter We had the most enjoyable car buying experience at Maguire on 5/24/25 with Mark Leonard. Normally I loathe buying a new car, mostly because sales people have made me feel like a burden or a chore. Mark was a breath of fresh air from the moment we walked in. He was so kind and genuine. We never felt like we were being sold, we felt listened to and he advocated for us big time. We drove an hour and 40 minutes and drove home in the car of our dreams! If you go to Maguire, be sure to ask for Mark!

Tara Machado Maguire Honda has helped me in many ways. When my older Honda Element started to have issues recently, I needed important parts which they ordered for me, and even though they were on backorder, they made sure that they arrived and I was able to get the work done. I also appreciate that each time I have taken my car in to have work done, its always returned to me with the tires spiffed up, and the entire body wiped down, looking shiny and beautiful. I always thought that was the way to take care of customers in the auto business, and they deliver in full. Kailee Giroux Travis is absolutely amazing! I recommend him and brake away to anyone who needs help when it comes to brakes/rotors or just any car issue that they can do! His customer service is amazing and he’s beyond helpful. Can’t beat the prices either, unlike shops this place isn’t out to take your money. I will be going back to them whenever I need something done. He came right to me and went above and beyond to help me fix the issue at hand.

Joseph Samosky Our car had a major brake failure while we were on vacation in Ithaca and were extremely grateful to John and his team for their fast, professional service. He was able to schedule us quickly (next day) and we were back on track for exploring the area and driving 300+ miles home. We also had a slow leak in a tire which John fixed and didnt charge us. A great guy and a great shop -- were very glad we found them and recommend them highly.

Sandy Edmondson My husband said the girls at the service desk were awesome. Oil change and recall check was done. We will NEVER have them wash our vehicle again however because when we bought it they scratched it, took it to be fixed-wasnt fixed. My husband took it again and another scratch was made, he took it back again and only the newer scratch was fixed. Will NEVER buy another vehicle from your company again. It saddens me because I thought we found a place we could go back to for future vehicles. Our salesman and the rest of the sales staff was great at time of purchase. Easiest and the most stress free vehicle purchase weve ever had.
