5 /5 John Carberry: Mike and his team were great. They took my truck in on time, mounted and balanced five 37-inch tires and had me out the door by lunch. Good communication throughout the process, and more than a fair price at the end. I’m very glad I found Finger Lakes Automotive, and I plan to be back.
UPDATE … Came back two plus years later, and I’m happy to report Mike and the crew are still rock solid and a pleasure to work with. I bought 4 new tires to replace the last set, which saw 78K miles of cross-country highways and hard off-road trails. Mike matched the best price I could find anywhere, mounted and balanced these big wheels at by far the best price I could find, and had me in and out in 90 minutes. We’re talking about 37-inch Jeep tires that weigh 80 pounds a piece. Trust me, getting them all mounted and balanced and installed in that time is very impressive. And the balance is perfect. Like riding on a cloud. Another major feat for wheels this big.
Hands down this is the best place I’ve found for tires anywhere Upstate NY.
