Nathaniel Edsall My 2011 Silverado had some rust holes around the fuel tank. Al welded in two new cross members, and a rust buster patch panel. The welds are excellent quality, and the work was completed on schedule. I appreciate that I was sent pictures documenting all that was found, it’s a very transparent practice. I am very pleased with the results.

Chiraag Bhadana Came here for getting my first service last month for a simple oil change, tire rotation and some minor fender bender fixes - and while was initially put off by some miscommunication on my vehicles parts (I was called in and told everything was there and the right parts weren’t which was inconvenient for me), Bobby put all that to bed and kept in clear and constant communication with me in terms of when the parts would arrive. He also offered to pick up / drop my vehicle off during a regular work day which was of great help. Bobby exemplifies what customer service is all about and has gained a lifetime customer - will be taking my Subaru here for service for years to come (as long as Bobby is around :))

Ithaca Foreign Car Service
Devyn Barry Always been treated well, fairly, the work is done on schedule, they work on my old dirty banged up Volvo, and they even help me with dumb questions I have on the phone. Knowledgeable, friendly, experienced mechanics. They dont try to upcharge you for extra work, but will tell you what your car needs. Thankful to have these guys around to trust with my vehicle. Have been a customer for nearly 10 years and will continue to be for life at this rate (as long as I own a Volvo).

Donivan Patwell I love Pattersons. They are good people. My wife and I have always trusted them implicitly. After many years, theyve never let us down. They have always discussed the repair options and costs, taking into account considerations like safety and whether we plan to keep the car for another 1 year or another 10. I have never been pressured to get unnecessary work done, or to replace parts that didnt need it (unlike my experience with some oil change places).
