1 /5 Veranika Haliankova: I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this dental office twice for my dental care. Unfortunately, I found that their technology was terribly outdated. They were still using film radiology instead of the more modern and advanced digital technology. As a result, they were unable to see everything clearly, which greatly concerned me.
After my appointment at this office, I decided to seek a second opinion from a different dental office. To my dismay, the new dentist discovered decay on the inner side of my front teeth that the dentist at Lieberman and Barnett, DDS office had clearly missed. This revelation left me quite disappointed and concerned about the quality of care I had received.
Furthermore, during my visit to the new dental office, I was informed that I had been unknowingly grinding my teeth at night. The dentist there took a CT scan of my teeth and showed me clear evidence of the damage I had caused to my upper teeth. I was shocked to learn that the dentist at Lieberman and Barnett, DDS had neglected to mention this important information to me.
Overall, my experience with this dental office was extremely poor. Their outdated technology and lack of attention to detail resulted in a neglect of my dental health. I hope that they can improve their practices to provide better care for their patients in the future.
