The reception team greeted me with warm smiles and ensured the check-in process was seamless. The hygienist, RDH Lin, was gentle and thorough, explaining each step of the cleaning process and making me feel completely at ease. Dr. Michel and RDH Lin are truly exceptional – their expertise and bedside manner made me feel confident and comfortable. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained my treatment plan in detail, and never rushed through any part of my visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, creating a calming atmosphere that helped ease any anxiety I had going in. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care I received and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and compassionate dental team. 5 /5 Raquel H: Gloria did a great job with my cleaning, however, Dr. Michelle could improve her customer skills by first introducing herself and explaining the process to patients. She just walked in and began talking. I had to ask her who she was. Theres no reason I should see a 2 inch needle approaching me without being informed of whats happening during that step. When I expressed this to her, she lacked accountability.
