2 /5 Nikky Dynasty: I went to Glad Dental with horrible pain, a root canal was done and then a horrible infection came weeks after swelling my entire face. i went in for an emergency and they fixed everything. infection was gone swelling was gone i was very happy. 8 more root canals were down, crowns approved and here we are a month later with no response to text, no response to calls and my teeth are blackening from decay root removal. now pain on the teeth that had the root canal. As far as work being done yes id recommend. but follow ups and answering the phone i am very upset about. over a month and still waiting for an appointment for crowns walking around with teeth that are decaying and blackening.. absurd.

1 /5 Nyasia Salgado: First and foremost I would like to say Carol and Denise are the only reason I remained calm at my daughter’s appointment. Dr. Y had TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER. My 9 year old was scared to get a root canal and moved back while Dr.Y was attempting to administer the anesthesia. He caught and attitude scrunched up his face and proceeded to talk to my daughter like if she was an adult. “I’m not waisting my time here and waiting 30 minutes to a hour you know you came to pull a tooth so get it together or you can go home”. A BUNCH MORE was said that I can’t type because we will be here all day! As I attempted to calm my child down and give her a pep talk and explain the danger of grabbing the needle or moving away he told me to stop and be quiet as I was not helping. I truly don’t know who the hell this dentist thinks he is or how the hell he manages to deal with patients because he has ZERO bed side manner, his facial expressions are rude, he’s constantly cutting you off or telling you to be quiet And he also is hearing disabled so he’s doing all of this whole yelling at the top of his lungs. I gave 1 star because I couldn’t leave his zero. Carol and Denise are sweet and deserve a much better work environment. Don’t bring your kids here and do hit Waste your time!

5 /5 Pedro Alvarado: Quick and efficient service Dr. Y is the best dentist I’ve been to in the Bronx! Front desk Caro & Nicole are super attentive and nice, the assistants Denise & Odanis couldn’t be any more helpful. Overall an amazing experience definitely satisfied with my dental work! Highly recommend!

1 /5 Analuz Ramos: AVOID!!! GO ELSEWHERE Overtreats. Went for initial consultation & Dr Y said I needed 1 root canal, possibly 2 then on actually appointment he says I need 4. Did all 4 in one day, tremendous pain after 3 weeks and all they keep saying is I shouldn’t feel no pain because my nerves were removed. Gums were destroyed during the process and now my gums are super pushed up. Absolutely regret stepping foot in this place.
