5 /5 Danii: Best dentist office I’ve visited. They’re clean, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and precise with their work. Would recommend without a doubt, the attention to detail is great, I got a root canal and crown on my two front teeth, it was even more complex since I went to another dentist at another office and the procedure went bad. Thank you family dental for fixing that mess!!!

Im satisfied with all their services from regular cleanings to filling cavities. Never changing dentists again! Here again! The ladies are always helpful and sweet, I dont understand some of these reviews.

1 /5 siatta harris: I had a very disappointing experience trying to schedule an appointment at this office. Due to an error on their part—incorrectly noting my son’s date of birth in their system—it caused major confusion during the scheduling process. I have multiple children and was trying to schedule an appointment for all 3 children. While trying to request an appointment during the upcoming holiday break I was informed the schedule was at capacity. My intention was to schedule the most available appointment and contact the office at a further date. The customer service representative I spoke with was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of assisting me with booking an appointment, I was told to ‘call back and organize my thoughts’ before attempting to make one. When I informed to her unprofessionalism her responses was passive aggressive referring to me as “my love”. This level of rudeness and lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. I would strongly recommend this office reevaluate how they train their staff to handle patients and inquiries. I will Jo longer patronize this establishment no refer patients.
