5 /5 Laquin Hooper: Friendly staff, a bit of long wait time so please expect that. Have all your identification info. ready to make things quicker. Dr. Choi and Dr. Brown absolute best ones in the building. If you encounter these two, you are in the best care around. Highly recommend those two. Very clean, three bathrooms (one men, one women, one neutral), not a lot of seating but its enough. A lot of children, so expect a lot of noise. They will announce your name on the loud speaker system and if you miss their call, they will come out and look for you. Greatly appreciated. Overall i had great experiences.

1 /5 Kiana Harris-Pendelton: Worst place ever!! My daughters had appointments at 1 and 1:30 pm I came early and its now 4 oclock and we are still waiting to be seen. When asked they said there were still morning patients. Absolutely horrible.

5 /5 Sonia Mendez: I give this place a thumbs up. Because even though they was not taking any more walk-ins. They took me in because I had an emergency with an abscess and I was very thankful and appreciative. They was kind at the window and the doctors and the nurses were also kind and they handle me gently because I was a little nervous having an oral surgeon removed my tooth and drain the abscess. People always complain about the time, but they have to understand. Dentist has a lot to do when it comes to customers mouths and they also deserve breaks. So don’t let the reviews about the times that they was there that long to be seen on their appointments to make the place look bad for you Everyone is not always satisfy, and they always have something to say.But the staff to me was nice I cannot speak for nobody else. If you have an emergency as far as abscess like I had and came in as a walk-in, trust me, they will see you. Because I was told by a doctor, the walk-ins were For emergencies only in the case like mine. If there’s anything minor is best to make an appointment.

1 /5 Sosa Cai: Highly suggest find alternatives to this place. 2.5 hours and counting since I was placed in the queue. You will wait at least 3- hours prior to being seen. Also, if you come in for an emergency after 8am you will not be seen. And the office coordinators are incredibly harsh and difficult to work with. For the elderly to come here, i genuinely am concerned about the safety of the patients here. Likewise, Nelissa at the front desk was extremely unprofessional as well as disrespectful. She and the others like her clearly need to be removed from this space. I do the same role as her elsewhere and would quite literally never speak to people the way she did. People like this do not belong in healthcare. Spoke with an administrative supervisor and I believe she will be little to no help with this but who knows. Best of luck to whomever reads this. 1 /5 Garfield Duncan: Worst medical facility I have ever been to and Ive live in 17 states. I get better service in Brooklyn. Front desk staff is super rude, unprofessional, and highly unhygienic. Id literally rather have my entire mouth fall off before I ever step foot in this facility
