I have seen Craig ODell ( the owner ) go out of his way to help me on short notice ( no appointment ) and fix the problem. Craig ALWAYS explains WHAT is wrong, HOW to fix and even tries to save money for the customer ( if possible ). They also let me know if they see a "potential" problem in the future regarding my vehicle ( heads up ! ). Important to note, Total Auto Care : fix vehicles, inspect, also are a car dealership ( the same excellent service / no rip off !!!) They do it all. F.Y.I...have two small couches to sit on ( if waiting), and two chairs, reading material and a BATHROOM . I RECOMMEND TOTAL AUTO CARE,THEY ARE AN ASSET TO THIS COMMUNITY AND ARE THE BEST !

He communicated well with my husband, keeping him up-to-date on things. He had a lot of work to do to determine the problem but did it. And his fee was very reasonable. So thankful we found him!

Kimberly Van Dee I went to the shop on Clinton Ave. Very friendly staff, thorough with explaining what they need to do to your vehicle, how they are going to do it, and the cost without trying to add additional work that is unnecessary like some shops. Had an emergent issue and they helped fix it the same day. Definitely will be back.
