Heather Brent I absolutely love the entire team at Lockport Pediatrics, especially Debbie and Dr. Baier. As a first time mom, everyone there from checking in, to the nurses and doctors - they always go above and beyond in caring for my daughter and giving me all of the information I need to ensure I am on track with her and that she’s getting the best medical attention possible. I am so grateful to have found a team of nurses and doctors that I know are always there whenever I have a concern or questions. They utilize an online patient portal which makes communication and accessing information so seamless. They are always prompt at returning messages in the portal and calling me, and getting into appointments and seen by the doctor is seamless. I can’t say enough positive things about Lockport Pediatrics. I’m so happy we have such a solid Pediatric team in them to make sure my daughter is getting everything she needs as she continues to grow.

MJ Parlier Very impressed with everyone at this facility. Keen attention to details, thorough, and go out of their way to assist my elderly mother. My mother had a terrific experience for cataract surgery. From the staff to the doctors, I’m so glad they’ve been able to help and do such a fantastic job. Everyone has been exceptional! Thanks ever so much for helpfully explaining everything, too. My mom is hearing impaired they make sure to communicate with her clearly, plainly and with kindness. And they help me to relay correct information to my elderly parent. Fabulous care, we appreciate you!

T My daughter and son needed MRI’s. They got in fast and they were very comfortable. Tech was personable and receptionist was very knowledgeable about the insurance and copays. Helped me understand how the insurances work and explained things so I can understand. Would recommend over other sites. I’ve been to a few over the years and none of them as helpful as this co.

Brandon Marshall Mike is the best. His staff has always been super friendly and helpful to me. Never had issues with waiting around very long. He always takes plenty of time to listen to every little thing you may have issues with. Ive never spent less than 15 or 20mins with him. Other places would barely look at or touch an area and scribble something in their notes and send you on your way within minutes. Its a very frustrating and defeating feeling to leave a doctors office without being confident that youre headed in the right direction with your health and well-being. Acacia has been life changing for me in that regard. If an issue requires deeper work, he will refer you to a great specialist to help resolve it. I couldnt be happier here. Mike is the nicest guy you could ever meet. I will continue going to him as long as possible. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Madison Brownlee i had my first appt at this practice, and all i can say is… wow. i have never felt more welcomed at a medical office! nurse Laurie is my new favorite human, and N.P Jane was so wonderful and listened so intently. not only were they efficient, i never once felt judged, brushed off or rushed. i am so so happy i switched offices!!

Elaine Farchione I have gone to Dr Pal for years, I find it hard to believe these criticisms are of the same Dr Pal. Starting with the office workers, not once have they been rude, in fact they are very caring as are the nurses and PA’s I got very sick in another state, went to ER, through out the night the ER Dr talked with Dr Pal three time figuring the best way to treat me. I came home the next day and the very next day Dr Pal had me in his office at 9 am. Sure sounds like.a Caring Dr to me. Anyone can say anything on social media true or not. The Dr cannot defend himself/herself with ethics and HIPA . I hope when people are looking for. a Physician they take into consideration, most of these reviews are disgruntled people that didn’t hear what they preferred to hear, I have recommended Dr Pal and will continue to do so. You’re in good hands!

They take ALL insurances and also do sliding scale, Lockport has needed this! Its right across the street from the bus stop, the high rise and sub delicious

Siobhan Jones This was my first visit, and I was very pleased with the practice. The whole atmosphere was calm/calming. The staff is professional, orderly, friendly, without that over the top, perkiness which can sound like youre being spoken to at toddler level. Thorough in questions, and listened fully while I answered. No doom, and gloom, and the what could happens, just because I have some things that need attention. I was impressed that the nurse practitioner was willing to do some extra research into possible alternative prescription compounds, if prescription is called for, in order to accommodate a corn allergy. I really appreciate that there was absolutely no pushing, not even any questions about getting any sort of vaccine, yearly shot, etc. Very glad they were recommended to me!

Jeff Patterson It was the worst Dr visit I have ever had I was told by the office they were going to have the hospital call me and never happened I would not recommend this Dr at all
