5 /5 Madison Brownlee: i had my first appt at this practice, and all i can say is… wow. i have never felt more welcomed at a medical office! nurse Laurie is my new favorite human, and N.P Jane was so wonderful and listened so intently. not only were they efficient, i never once felt judged, brushed off or rushed. i am so so happy i switched offices!!

5 /5 Private Information: Simply put, Dr. Lee is amazing and one of the best PCPs I have ever dealt with. He is down to earth, listens to your issues, and does everything in his power to help. 5 out of 5, would recommend.

1 /5 Darrell Davidson: Attempting to see Dr. Lee as a new patient, I dropped off the paperwork requested and was told they will call me to schedule an appointment, she said 2 months away, and I said really, 2 months? Whats strange is I couldnt schedule while i was there and a week later, no call.... I even went to my previous Dr.and signed a release to get things going, its ridiculous... The General Physician PC looks to have lost touch with patients, at least the staff at the window have. I felt brushed off on both visits, and being told of policy instead of trying to look into matters is a sign of problems down the road. Crappy attitude women at the window isnt helping the first time impressions...

1 /5 Thomas Dauphin: Secretary was very rude they have no Idea what Dot medical card is for CDl operators in NY State. The secretary could care less I would highly recommend do not go there! I am going to give them one more chance to get the paperwork done right tomorrow Im not holding my breath hopefully they prove me wrong but I doubt it
