5 /5 MJ Parlier: Very impressed with everyone at this facility. Keen attention to details, thorough, and go out of their way to assist my elderly mother. My mother had a terrific experience for cataract surgery. From the staff to the doctors, I’m so glad they’ve been able to help and do such a fantastic job. Everyone has been exceptional! Thanks ever so much for helpfully explaining everything, too. My mom is hearing impaired they make sure to communicate with her clearly, plainly and with kindness. And they help me to relay correct information to my elderly parent. Fabulous care, we appreciate you!

2 /5 Nick Danner: Every time we come in to the lockport location the front desk ignores you or say we will get to you when we can. This last time we were told have a seat and we will be with you in awhile. Really. Usually the office manager is on the phone then she is rude whenever she gets off the phone.

1 /5 Sue Johnston: I’m looking to get my eyes examined again & as I was looking at places online, Legarretta came up. I read a bunch of reviews & decided I should add my own. I was a patient there 15 yrs ago. I was on medication that required regular full exams every 6 months. In 3 yrs, I never had one good appt. NEVER on time. You will sit a good half hour before being called on. Then you will sit in that room for 1/2 hour. If you need dilation, they will do that & send you back to waiting room where you will sit for another 1/2 hour. And the cycle continues that way throughout the appt . My last appt there, I walked up to the desk after waiting for an hour & said I’m done, I’m leaving, and they better not charge my insurance. So I will continue to google another eye center & advice anyone to pass on this place.

5 /5 Jamie Keller: Everyone is kind and professional. They were busy on the day of my exam and Everyone was so nice. They kept apologizing for the delay. I just picked up my new glasses and they arent going to work for me (my fault, not theirs), so I am going to call to see about changing them. I know the answer will be "absolutely! We are here until 5, bring them in." Absolutely recommend

2 /5 Tiffany Platter: The office staff and doctor are wonderful. They were accommodating with an emergency appointment and setting up a regular eye exam. The optical side however, is terrible. My first time there I went back to pick up my lenses and they broke them, another two week wait. Today, trying to get my daughter glasses and contacts with double insurance coverage was horrendous. The gentleman in the optical side was very difficult and rude, would not listen and could not give me a straight answer. After 20 frustrating minutes I finally got the script and left. We have always ordered my daughters glasses/contacts the same way with no issues until today. He actually refused to take my card for co payment. Never again
