4 /5 ashley: All together I like this office but one issue I had is that I brought the CD with XRays that I was given at urgent care to the office for our scheduled appointment, as recommended, and they didnt have any way of viewing the XRays - why not? Seems like a normal necessary option at a doctors office. All that we were told is to make an appointment for Ortho, which is another 2 weeks wait. Just annoyed to show up to this appointment for nothing really.

1 /5 Katelyn Kwiatkowski: Disgusted with the women who answered the phone. My husband is autistic and doesn’t communicate well but she wouldn’t know that because she jumped to conclusions. Instead of asking me why I’m calling on his behalf she made a snark comment to what she thought was under her breath or to a coworker who knows. To which I called her out for saying so. I simply called to discuss whether or not he needs an appointment with them or can direct me to where he can go as THE INSURANCE CARD STATES TO DO SO. Absolutely foul that you have someone working for you who disrespects someone over the phone so effortlessly.

3 /5 Brittany Carter: My kids have been patients since they were born as I myself was a patient as a kid, for over 3 weeks my 10 month old had a fever and I called them several times, did a hospital visit (hospital said to make the primary see her) they refused with a call us on Monday or Tuesday (this was the second Thursday I had called) took her to urgent care and she got a antibiotic via a shot with another (make the primary see her)... Called that following Monday and explained, they refused to see her because that one shot was working on her, well here we are almost 3 full weeks and I took my son in for a check up and the doctor Deb saw how fussy and upset my 10 month old was and checked her over as well to see why she was so fussy and realized she had a ear infection and called in some antibiotics for her.... 3 weeks later and a doctor took initiative after the nurses pushed me off for weeks .... Deb gets 5 stars the nurses who acted like I was crazy get the 3 because they are sweet in person.

5 /5 Heather Brent: I absolutely love the entire team at Lockport Pediatrics, especially Debbie and Dr. Baier. As a first time mom, everyone there from checking in, to the nurses and doctors - they always go above and beyond in caring for my daughter and giving me all of the information I need to ensure I am on track with her and that she’s getting the best medical attention possible. I am so grateful to have found a team of nurses and doctors that I know are always there whenever I have a concern or questions. They utilize an online patient portal which makes communication and accessing information so seamless. They are always prompt at returning messages in the portal and calling me, and getting into appointments and seen by the doctor is seamless. I can’t say enough positive things about Lockport Pediatrics. I’m so happy we have such a solid Pediatric team in them to make sure my daughter is getting everything she needs as she continues to grow.
