5 /5 Rakshit Jain: Just wonderful! I have been here more than 5 times over last 5 years. Bob is an extremely kind person and didnt even charge me for a couple of times when I showed up with a small problem in my car. I have never gone to any facility that is so honest and reliable.

5 /5 Siva Visvesvaran: Bob is the most patient and professional mechanic my wife and I have ever met. We came in with a subframe issue and we were worried about the cost of it. Bob and his team gave us a couple of scenarios and potential prices to ensure that we have sufficient funds. After inspection and the fix (which was done in a professional and cost effective manner) he took the time to explain to us what he did, showed us the look of another subframe and explained to us the condition of ours. He gave us a couple of tips in trying to manage the rust in our car too! Bob and his team are super professional. Their kind and thoughtful approach in engaging with their customer and explaining to us what they did definitely sets the standard for what most mechanics should do. Will definitely come back if we have anything major that needs to be done to our car. FYI, they have a pitbul named Enzo. Exceptionally trained and definitely adds a charm to the garage!

5 /5 Meticulous Seven: Bob is one of the most straight up, honest people Ive ever met, and the quality of work and service Ive received over the years has always been top shelf. Hell tell you right away if its a job he is willing to take or not, or if its actually worth the cost of doing in the first place. Ive done the large majority of my own auto repairs / maintenance over the last 15 years, and anytime it was something beyond me that I had to take in, Bob always told me exactly what it would take to get it done. They also would gladly take the time to go in depth for any questions I had about it beforehand. If its a job they dont feel comfortable taking on, or arent equipped for, theyll gladly refer you over to a specialty shop that can. I recommend this shop to anyone I know whos looking for a quality, reliable and affordable mechanic. And judging by how much the shop has expanded and how busy they are these days, it seems everyone else does as well!
