Dori Nardi My 2018 Rogue was repaired by Mike installing control arm left side lower ball joint and it was completed in the time he told me it would be along with an alignment. The job was done up to specs. They are all great people and I have made them my new repair shop for my car. They are all kind, pleasant and explain everything and if any other questions arise they are on top of taking care of everything. I give this repair shop five stars. Good work, great people and over all greatly satisfied.

Nathaniel Edsall My 2011 Silverado had some rust holes around the fuel tank. Al welded in two new cross members, and a rust buster patch panel. The welds are excellent quality, and the work was completed on schedule. I appreciate that I was sent pictures documenting all that was found, it’s a very transparent practice. I am very pleased with the results.

Ben Bassett These guys have been consistently good. At my old job we took our work vehicles to Goodyear in Syracuse, and they were also good. Goodyear 6 month financing lets you space out payments. Ive gone to the Ithaca location several times, and they seem about as honest as big company mechanics can be. Not saying theyre perfect, but overall a positive experience

Trish Larter We had the most enjoyable car buying experience at Maguire on 5/24/25 with Mark Leonard. Normally I loathe buying a new car, mostly because sales people have made me feel like a burden or a chore. Mark was a breath of fresh air from the moment we walked in. He was so kind and genuine. We never felt like we were being sold, we felt listened to and he advocated for us big time. We drove an hour and 40 minutes and drove home in the car of our dreams! If you go to Maguire, be sure to ask for Mark!

Jun Young Song It was fantastic! I got quotes from three auto body shops. One of them required an additional $1,000 for the fender part (the one starting with W). I found out that the fender is only $500, and I dont need to buy a new one. It just needs to be repaired and painted. Im totally satisfied with their service and price! Thanks a lot! Please avoid the auto body shop in Ithaca downtown.

Tara Machado Maguire Honda has helped me in many ways. When my older Honda Element started to have issues recently, I needed important parts which they ordered for me, and even though they were on backorder, they made sure that they arrived and I was able to get the work done. I also appreciate that each time I have taken my car in to have work done, its always returned to me with the tires spiffed up, and the entire body wiped down, looking shiny and beautiful. I always thought that was the way to take care of customers in the auto business, and they deliver in full. I also was working with Jessica Bond there to find a car and she was so helpful, kind, informative, and someone I could trust. Thank you, Maguire Honda!

DinaMarie Delias I called several shops after I got a flat tire, and Midas was the only one that could accommodate me at such a short notice. I had already asked for quotes for the service my car needed (from other shops) and their price was pretty much the same so I felt comfortable going there. I appreciated how polite and helpful Tyler was and how he didn’t try to sell me any add-ons, while also reminding me about my car inspection deadline. Cody took care of my tire (thanks for that), they did the inspection, and I was the one who requested an oil change- all done in just a little over an hour. It also helped that they have a comfortable waiting area where my daughter and I could wait comfortably. I would go back to Midas, certainly!
