Flex Training Center
Pamela Priest This is the best gym in the Rochester area! I had been a member of the old Flex and was so happy to have found the new Flex and become a member! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the equipment is amazing and always being upgraded, while keeping the good old favorites that work. This is a gym for everyone, young and old and in between. For those that are just starting out, and those that have been lifting for years. The price is very competitive. Parking is convenient. Thank you, Flex!

Mack Strength
Sal Dimaggio Josh has been my personal trainer for about a year and I had nothing but a great experience with him and saw amazing results. Josh does a fantastic job of pushing and motivating me to get everything out of me in all of my sessions! I would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for a person trainer! He is the best around!

District 507 Gym
William Schulz I just joined this gym and felt compelled to write a review because of how legit this place is. This is the kind of gym you come to for a hardcore workout with multiple machines for every body part you can think of. The best part is that it combines an elite facility with a fantastic atmosphere built on mutual respect and keeping the facility extremely clean. Strict enforcement of re-racking your weights which I love. 24/7 for early birds like myself or those who like to workout late . I wish I would have found this place sooner

Rustic Village Fitness Center
Caroline Callahan This is a review of the pool. Its very nicely kept with clean sunbathing areas and pristine bathrooms. The pool is pretty big and is watched by a lifeguard. Free to residents, $2 for guests. Theres a vending machine, tables and reclining chairs.

Powerhouse Gym Rochester
Name Visited this gym for 2 days around Thanksgiving. This is a great gym to workout at. Tons of equipment, friendly staff, and great atmosphere. Has every peice of equipment you would need or want. I was especially impressed that they have a reverse hyperextension machine, which is an uncommon piece of gym equipment. If youre looking for an old-school bodybuilding gym, Powerhouse Gym is the gym for you. I would come back to this gym when Im back in town. Thank you Powerhouse Gym!

Elevate
Colin Canfield New locker room renovations really took this place up a notch. My biggest issue was the sauna being too small and the new saunas look perfect for the size of the gym. The new floors are amazing too. Shout out to Nick and the team for listening to the community! Cant ask for much more than that. Highly recommend for anyone passionate about working out
