5 /5 Brad Nella: Great experience at Greece LA Fitness! Cooper and Mo were awesome—super friendly and helpful. They showed me around, explained the equipment, and made me feel totally welcomed. Solid gym, great staff!

1 /5 Mindy Sawnor: Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried to cancel my membership by going into the branch and talking to Brian. He told me he cancelled it & I continued to get charged for two more months. All Brian says is he does not recall our conversation when he said he would cancel my membership (I was later told he did not write down notes when he told me he did) so he couldn’t give me a refund. One employee at the desk told me that he probably didn’t cancel my membership since he was trying to make his numbers look better. Brian hung the phone up on me when I asked to speak to his manager and he just continued to say I would hear back tomorrow… and no one ever calls me. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for someone to get back to me about a refund after more than 10 times trying to ask when a manager would be available. Finally, the district manager called me back after filing a complaint with the BBB and was very understanding. But I would never go back to this gym. Terrible experience. Carmen was the only employee at the front desk who apologized on behalf of the gym and took time to hear me.

5 /5 Denise Smith: Happy with the new management and glad old management is finally gone! The staff are always so helpful and smiling when I come in. I love that they have more equipment than the other gyms in the area! 10/10 recommend!

5 /5 Oj Augustin: I had a great experience at LA Fitness thanks to Cassandra! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the facility, answering all my questions and making me feel welcome. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. If youre new or just need guidance, definitely ask for Cassandra. She knows her stuff and truly cares about helping others.
