Nikki Brooks I have been coming to the office for many years. My last experience with Danielle who performed my ultrasound in the PGA office was so refreshing. Such a kind and nice person. She actually seemed like she truly cared. It is so hard to find caring and thorough staff in healthcare these days. Danielle made me feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing; she is a true professional.

DeeNYce 228 I had my total knee replacement surgery there and from the very beginning, everyone was very professional and helpful. The day of my surgery, i never once not knew what was going on and what would happen next. I have problem veins and when I told them about my veins, my concerns were met with a level of experience that I truly appreciated. The IV insertion was not painful at all! And that eliminated any anxiety that I might have been feeling that morning. The communication between myself and the nurses, the anesthesiologist and the doctors left me feeling very relaxed and comfortable. They gave my son, who came in town for my procedure, a sense of relief he needed. And to the pt specialist, the ot specialist, and nurses and staff after my surgery, I want to say thank you for making my stay there extremely comfortable.

Barry Aleo We were on vacation in West Palm Beach and someone with us needed medical attention and we went to HCA Florida Palms West Hospital Emergency Room and had one of the best experiences. The emergency room staff were incredibly proficient, compassionate and friendy. This was one hospital experience we wont forget and are happy to report such a unique and rare experience compared to “the norm”. Special thanks to the staff and doctors.

Austin Richardson My family is going through a rough time right now. My mother has some serious health issues going on and she was admitted into the hospital through the ER last night. Today she had a surgery. After the surgery there were some issues that were tended to quickly. Due to the issue she ended up on the 8th floor in the ICU. Im writing this review because the staff that is currently taking care of her are second to none. They were all great. Kerry, the head nurse, was so attentive and on point. She not only took care of things quickly but also was able to keep our family informed of everything she did. The nurse assigned to my mother Jacqueline was working from the moment I got into the room and was still working when I left a couple hours later. She was kind and had a very calm demeanor which was a relief in the situation. I could not ask for any better nurses to be watching over my mom while I get some sleep. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart! Karry and Jacqueline are both angels in my book!

Doug Cantrell Mr. Jarod Mincey treated me for fractured foot, after several months of suffering from Achilles Tendonitis. He is extremely compassionate, totally focused on his patients, has much grace, & very well mannered. Ive never met a provider w/ such empathy for patient & family of his patients. Florence Seff The nurses and doctors are wonderful. They can’t do enough to make you comfortable and at ease for whatever procedure you are having done. The hospital staff is efficient and I had no down time from when I arrived before going for my procedure. They were extra friendly to my friend who brought me there and couldn’t do enough to make me comfortable and at ease before my procedure. My doctor came to see me before my procedure and explained everything to me and answered all my questions so I understood what was going to happen each step of the way. I would highly recommend JFK North to anyone who needs to be in a hospital. Everyone was great!
