5 /5 Barry Aleo: We were on vacation in West Palm Beach and someone with us needed medical attention and we went to HCA Florida Palms West Hospital Emergency Room and had one of the best experiences. The emergency room staff were incredibly proficient, compassionate and friendy. This was one hospital experience we wont forget and are happy to report such a unique and rare experience compared to “the norm”. Special thanks to the staff and doctors.

5 /5 Philomene Dominique: I had an exceptional experience at Palms West Hospital. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The check-in process was smooth. The doctors and nurses were extremely attentive and took the time to explain every step of my treatment in detail, which made me great. Special shoutout to Billy from the food service team for going above and beyond to ensure I was accommodated with my special diet. He accepted all my requests and he didn’t not complain at all. He was very professional and polite which made a big difference for me. Thank you Billy for everything! I highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality medical.

5 /5 Oscar Das: HCA Palm West is a great hospital for delivering babies. My experience with them was high and smooth from checking in to checking out. We checked in on October 3rd,2024, and checked out on October 6th,2024. My wife had a C-Section and she recovered within 2 days and was discharged. The nurses there are so attentive to small details and understanding. They truly look and listen to your needs. A special thanks to nurses Hollie, Cindy, Monique, and Annie who looked after my baby, who was born 3-4 hours, and my wife. If I missed a few names I do apologize overall all nurses working there are smart and good. Our doctor Natalie Sohn my god what amazing lady. She thoroughly knows her babies and patients inside and out. She has an amazing personality and is super nice with her behavior. The food given by the hospital is also delicious and nutritious. Overall I didnt find any negative with this hospital all positive and highly recommend parents those who are in labor go to this hospital.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was efficient, compassionate, and professional. The check-in process was quick, and I was seen by a doctor as soon as I walked in. My nurse Vanessa showed exceptional competence and empathy. She took the time to explain each step of my care and ensured I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The facility was clean, well-organized, and clearly focused on patient safety and comfort. I’m incredibly grateful for the prompt attention I received and the kindness shown by everyone involved. It’s rare to find an emergency room that combines both efficiency and top-quality care, but Palms West delivered on both fronts. Highly recommend this ER to anyone.
